We had a great experience working with John Sparklin from Advocate. We hired him to replace our roof. He was very professional and responsive. The contractor did a wonderful job. They were very clean and considerable. They started, finished and cleaned up the same day. We highly recommend to work with this contractor.

Luis took his time to answer all of our questions and guided us through the process to make it very easy. Crew was great! Clean up was too! Their team was professional, friendly and flexible from start to finish. They took great care when delivering supplies. Advocate construction performed great roofing service at our home. Leo responded to all inquires in timely manner. We were given new roof and new gutters. Cherry on top, we got some money back from our insurance company. These guys know what they are doing. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing roofing service.

I just had my roof upgraded with Advocate and was very satisfied with the end result. Craig Heilwagan in particular made the whole experience very easy by acting as the intermediary with my insurer, following up regularly, answering all questions we had and ensure the follow up post job was extremely professional. All in all, very happy with my upgraded roof completed in December just as the weather was turning nasty. Huge thanks to Craig and the advocate team for a job well done!

I would never recommend this company to anyone! They have a horrible warranty it's non transferable and they only offer two years on workmanship! After seeing the work that was done on my home that I purchased. I can see why they don't want stand behind their work they are absolute hacks! I had a real roofing company come out and take pictures of all the hack work that was done sent it to multiple people in the company even had their so called project manager Brad come out to my house telling me the work would be fixed then blew me off for months ultimately to be told they were not liable for the crap job they did because it was past two years!

Any reputable company would stand behind their work and fix it! Do not use these hacks! Spend a little more money to get your roof done right any company that only offers a two year workmanship warranty and a non transferable warranty obviously knows their work is completely garbage and they don't want to stand behind it! I have pictures and texts from the company to back up everything I've said!

I have had a few customers from Statefarm complaining about the quality of work with this company and their roof repairs. Customers complaining of shingles falling off within days and the roofs being very poorly replaced. I would not recommend this company and will no longer be sending my customers to this company.

I was thoroughly impressed with the entire team in the DFW office. From the first contact through the installation, everyone I was in contact with was very professional and thorough. They communicated updates every step along the way. All questions were answered promptly. And my new roof looks amazing. So, yes, I'd highly recommend them.

Overall a great process. Working with Brad Hansen was super easy. He answered all of my phone calls and always made sure the process was going smoothly. The tear off and new roof went so well. Highly recommend using this company, and teaming up with Brad Hansen if at all possible.

II called advocate to have my driveway replaced. They provided a quote which I accepted. I worked with Jack Moore and he walked me through the process. They also obtained the work permit. I spoke with the city of Aurora and they had no complaints so I was confident I hired the right contractor. After the work was finished I saw and spoke with the city inspector on his pre-inspection.

He indicated that I would like working with advocate driveway company. He made a couple of recommendations that Advocate Driveway was not required to do. I brought this to Jack Moore's attention and they performed the recommendations without hesitation. I also had them do a side job of removing a small front walk going from the driveway to the porch. They performed the work flawlessly

Jim Cowell of Advocate did a great job of explaining the process for getting my roof replaced, following up and coordinating with the office and crew. They worked with my insurance making the process easy. They did a beautiful job of replacing my cedar shake roof. My wife and I appreciated the hard work of the crew and all involved.

While Advocate Roofing has not worked on my home, I did have a great interaction with one of their employees. When my car started shaking really bad on the way home, I dropped it off at automotive center and started walking home with the kids - about a 2 mile walk.

Our home had hail damage. We wanted to be careful in choosing a company to do the repairs on our home. Many companies solicit you when there has been a hail storm in your area. We choose Advocate and we are glad we did. Our initial contact Matt explained everything clearly while also offering a good reference list. Jeff took over from there.

I live in the Savannah Sub-Division and I'm very happy with Advocate Construction. They were very helpful and professional. They did an excellent job on my siding and gutters and they are still working with me to get my roof done. I'm having a battle with my insurance company to get my roof done. We had a great experience with Advocate Construction! Zach worked with our insurance company on the details of replacing our roof. All we really had to do was pick the color we wanted. He made the process so easy and was always following up to make sure things were on track and completed without issue.
