I am responsible to maintain a 105,000 sq ft building which includes that much roof. The roof is in need of replacement, but until that can happen Weathershield has come out on a very regular basis to locate and repair holes in the membrane in various locations. As you can imagine, the weather isn't always good when I call for help. Yet they come and are always cheerful, always professional, always grateful that they can help.
In one instance I think that they needed to move roughly 2,500 sq ft of snow and slush to locate the point of entry. All with a smile. Looking forward to working with Weathershield to replace the roof.

First of all, I didn't need roof repair I needed help getting locked out of my car and two men from this company PROUDLY helped me! These two men were efficient and got me back into my car within 10mins. I was stranded for over two hours and they drove past me to offer to help! God bless them and this entire company! Overall customer service experience from stat to finish. Kyle made it a point to sit down & go over the proposal. I liked that he came with all my options and was very straight forward & honest. Great communication & responsiveness. The men that performed the repairs were very nice & professional. Loved that Kyle reached out after the work was done to see how things were holding up & get feedback of the work performed. We will definitely be using Weather Shield for our roofing needs moving forward.

We had some work done to our building that is over 100 years old and Weather Shield did a great job making repairs to the roof and replacing a large section of gutter. They were excellent with communication and letting me know what was going to be completed on a daily basis and then at the end of the day they communicated what was actually completed. They were completed in the time frame that they told me would be and every one was very nice and they did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

We recently had our flat roof replaced at our restaurant - which are difficult to repair and we had a GREAT experience. They were extremely professional and replaced our entire roof. We haven't had any issues since. If we had to call for something they would show up almost immediately and fixed the issue right then and there. We definitely recommend- Thanks for the great work!

Ken and his crew at Weather Shield Roofing (formerly Morrow Roofing) has been a one of the bright spots in our experience since coming to the Lansing area. His crew is professional and responsive whenever we've had the occasion to use their services. They show up when they promise, get the job done and clean up afterwards. Ken is practical and presents the options available in a common sense format that makes it easy to decide what to do and when. I can't think of anything that would make the experience of dealing with them any better. Am very happy with our experience working with them!
