Great Service! Travis Johnston made the whole job seamless! Very prompt- came out, inspected and had my estimate within 24 hrs. He kept us informed on install time. He came out the day of install to meet the installers and verify what we wanted. He followed up after as well! I would not have even know anyone was there ( except I have new gutters) - Everything was cleaned up- They look terrific and we are so pleased! Thank you!

Called with water issue around chimney. Chase climbed on roof and identified the issue and came up with a plan to address and correct. Steve and Damonta came out and spent 8 hours removing, repairing and replacing shingles, siding and flashing. Came up with solution to keep water flowing so there is no resting water. Shout out to the team at Deer Park for correcting the issue before this became a massive expense.

Contracted to have gutters inspected and replaced. We had scheduled to be out of town and told them as such, then they wanted to do the job while we were gone. I don't think so. Then when they arrived, they did not complete the contracted work but billed for work that was not performed. After multiple attempts to contact them about revising their invoice or completing the job correctly, they did send someone out to attempt correct the problems, while we were not home.

They still billed for downspout work that wasn't done correctly and I fixed the extension they added to one downspout, because it was installed on the wrong one and I didn't want to wait for them to come back again. Gutters still leak, despite a revisit by their team. They left shards of guttering, nails and hangers scattered around my house foundation and driveway.

I was told this was something that they had issues with in the past due to subcontracting the work to another party, so apparently they don't do the work with their own employees? They discounted the bill for downspouts and I have paid in full, despite not being satisfied with the work performed. I would not recommend their services to anyone, based on my experience.

These folks are great! Travis Johnston helped me with inspection, came out and assisted me while my insurance inspected for damage (which helped me cover the costs for my roof), and got me squared away on getting my roof replaced in a real timely manner. 10/10 would recommend. I have called Chase with Deer Park Roofing to help me with several customers that have leaking and aging roofs. He was very responsive and met them at their house the next day. He helped them with their roofs, explained why it leaked and help solve the problems. His customer service was great.

Couldn't get a call back to schedule in a timely manner. The guys who tarped our roof ran nails through the shingles thus causing more damage.

Professional from the very start. Had a corner section of my gutter repaired and the guys were there when they said they would and cleaned up when they were finished. I have a high and steep roof and they tackled this with no issue. Clearly they are professionals at what they do. Chase was great to work with and communicated before, during and after the job.

Only roofer I will use. Have been using them for repairs as needed over the last few years on the roof the builder installed on my house. Recent storm led to needing a whole new roof. Office was responsive to all my questions and often got answers same day via email or phone. Crew that put on the roof were great. They did not leave any stray nails or debris on my property. They did a roof on my moms house a few years ago and it looks great as well. Highly recommend

Extremely disappointed. Set up an appointment ten days ago for an estimate and arranged a late start at work to accommodate. One hour after my scheduled appointment, I called to follow up and conveniently the estimator "didn't come in today." What happened to customer service and placing a courtesy call to alert me of this change? I'll send my business to someone who actually wants the money.
