Metroflow is owner-operated, which is super important to me. Owner Rick Moreno is very professional and knowledgeable and trains his technicians very well. This time I had Ted Spillman come out and had a great experience once again. In addition to being timely (they took note that I would love to have them come earlier in the day, and were even able to accommodate that request), Ted was super friendly and personable as well. Plumbers are never cheap, but these are worth every penny and they stand behind their work.

This company has been doing a great job every time I need them. I want to thank Ted and his partner for doing another great job for me today. Ted is very knowledgeable, and you can see that he really wants to make sure that you are completely satisfied with his service. Thank you so much Ted!

We had a great experience with Ted and Metro Flow Plumbing. Our old cast iron pipes were leaking underneath our house (built in the 70s) and they were able to do a combination of replacing and lining without much tunneling. Everyone who worked at my home for this project was very professional and kind. I appreciated that they tried to give us as many options as possible.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone with an older home. Other companies had told me they'd need to tunnel in 3 places outside and possibly inside our house, so the lining that Metro Flow offered was MUCH less invasive.

We have used metro plumbing twice now and both times they have been amazing! Very knowledgeable, on time, and able to get us in quickly! Didn't overcharge for stuff that wasn't necessary which we also appreciated. Highly recommend.

Daryl and crew were just amazing. They are the utmost professional and discussed all of my options. It is quite a big job that they are going to do for me and I appreciate such a straight forward approach with state of the art technology to solve 1980's home problems of sewer relining. They are definitely the best in Dallas and you would be crazy not to use them. Please do not risk one of your largest investments, your home, with anyone else or inferior technology. I can not say enough great things about this team and this company.

Forrest and Matthew were exemplary plumbers. They arrived on time, consulted with me on the specifics of the job, and performed the job in a timely, professional manner. They maintained clear communication and let me know when the water would be cut off and restored They were excellent representatives of Metro-Flow Plumbing. Ted and his assistant (nice guy but forgot his name and lost card) were prompt and explained everything along the way that they were doing to fix the leak on my shower faucet. They helped me to explain all potential repair options to meet my need for fixing the leak. They even were kind enough to show me how to shut my water off in the event of an emergency. All in all, I was very happy with their professional services and hope to get as great of plumber services in the future. I would recommend them.

I can't express the amount of gratitude I have for this company after my 1st experience today. I greatly appreciated that. I had been without running water since yesterday afternoon. Daryl, a phenomenal man who was also kind and smelled good. He did his assessment and spoke to me in detail about the plan of execution to get my pipe fixed. Upfront pricing explained before any work was to be completed. He overseen majority of the work as it was being done.

His crew arrived digging within 30 mins. I was amazed by their response time. They took very good care of my grass and localized the area where they dug. Blake, came in to fix my pipe. He even showed me the actual piece replaced that was the source of my leak. I will definitely continue doing business with Metro Flow Plumbing. They are licensed, professional, honest, and on The Best Picks Reports and now I know why.

I was just so thrilled when the plumber from MetroFlow came out. He was nicely dressed, and he did such an excellent job. I just lovethem. I had a faucet in my kitchen that was old, and he had an upgrade. He showed me three different kinds, and I got one that has asprinkler on it. It's everything we ever wanted. I had a problem with my bathtub as well, and that was taken care of, too.

We had some blockage, and MetroFlow Plumbing came down to snake through it. They did a good job. The guy that came in reallyknew what he was doing. I had come back from church and found water everywhere in my apartment, so I called the guy.

They ran a snake through our cleanout on the side of the house because we'd been having some clogging issues. Then, the guy gave usa chemical to pour down the drain. He said if we put it in there at night and leave it overnight, an enzyme would eat a lot of the greasethat's been built up over the years that this house has been here.

My service technician from MetroFlow was very good and very knowledgeable. He did a toilet repair, and I felt he was very trustworthy. He was able to do the job within a reasonable amount of time, and they responded to my request for service in a timely fashion. I will continue to use this company.

MetroFlow Plumbing sent over the same guy who is always on time and gets the work done fast and accurately, so I was very pleased. They fixed a pipe in the garage and a faucet that leaked in the bathtub for us. The cleanup when everything was done was very, very good. It was very good customer service. I've referred them to many, many friends. They deserve an A+. I have no complaints.

Do not use this company. I was told I would get a diagnosis of what was wrong with my toilet for $65.00 at 12:00 to 12:30. So I took a long lunch from work well, a trainee and his helper SHOWED UP 3 HOURS LATE at 3pm.

We needed to upgrade the water heater. Metro Flow Plumbing sent right away a plumber to our house. He not only installed a new water heater but also helped us to discover another leak in the pipes that needed immediate attention.
