Matt was incredible! I'm in construction myself and I couldn't have asked more from him from his professionalism, to his quality of work, and his dedication to completing the job. He was at my house from 10 AM - 9 PM doing everything he could get make the necessary repairs! I'm 2/2 for a job well done by the GFB team!

Matt did a Great job of fixing a water main service line coming into our home in Addison. It was a tough job and he stayed on the problem for almost 10 hours to get it fixed. Matt was awesome! He replaced the main plumbing line from house to city & it had 50years worth of tree roots he spent a long time and worked hard, professionally & in a very timely matter!

Call someone else. Had an emergency and needed a plumber quickly. Appointment scheduled for 10am. No show no communication. I called twice and check and was just told they are coming. The lady on the phone is RUDE and appears incapable of saying BYE before hanging up.

We had the pleasure of having GFB Plumbing for clogged drains in Dallas TX. Its been an issue for years and we have had plumbers who come out to attempt to fix it. Today we finally can say that we can have showers and a water garden with a decent flow. David was really helpful and understanding he also helped us solve with maintenance issues. Amazing service at a very reasonable price as well. Thanks David and team GFB Plumbing for solving our drain issues so quickly. I will recommend them to anyone who has such drainage issues.

Recommended them for a friend and they didnt fix the problem. the bonehead got the line stuck in the drain cut it and left it there and the said it would cost 2000.00 to get his line out When i called to try to resolve it he cussed me out. i will never recommend them to anyone ever again. soo sad and very unprofessional. if you see their truck coming into your driveway turn em down. they CANNOT take irresponsibility for their own mistakes Good people dont need that kind of service

I would use these guys anytime they came out at the end of the day fixed the pump I had in my back yard in the rain to keep my back yard from flooding I will not use anyone else but them for now on! PS they did not charge me a arm and a leg for coming out on a Saturday in the rain they are the BomB!

I called on Wednesday for an appointment to fix my toilet. I've used GFB 3 times previously for plumbing work. We set the appointment for Friday at 9. I changed my work schedule to be home. I got a call at 8:45 telling me that I was too far away and they won't send someone to do my repair. That's strange since they had no problem 3 times before! They lost my business no matter where I live in the future!

Had these guys out due to my pipes making noises every time we use the lavatory in our hall bathroom and it took them only 5 minutes to stop this hammering in which I have had several other plumbers out over the past 2 years and could not fix the problem I am so very happy with there service and will definitely be using them only for now on these guys are fantastic best plumbers! :

Do NOT use this plumbing company; they are rude and WILL let you down! Our kitchen sink was backed up the night before a huge birthday party at our home and I contacted GFB for a Sat am appt the night before. I was told 10am. The plumber didn't show up until 1pm after 2 phone calls to the dispatcher. He wanted to back up into the driveway and I was getting ready to run party errands.

The plumber literally waited 5 mins after being told the situation and yelled out his window while driving off to "Get yourself another damn plumber". Did I mention he was blaring his horn while my mother and I were coming down the driveway; I was shocked at his aggression. SO DISRESPECTFUL after we waited 3 hours after our appt time. Use another plumber there are SEVERAL out there.

This guy doesn't value the customer so what kind of work can you really expect from a person with that type of integrity?! Update 3/21: I find it interesting that the wife of the plumber responded to this online review weeks later but never called to apologize, reschedule and straight up did not answer her phone when her husband took off leaving us in a serious bind.

She was not present when this incident occurred so i will clarify as I was there, he waited literally 5-7 min for me to pull out the driveway. I find her negative embellishments about me entertaining and another indicator of this company's poor customer service. I'm done responding I just really don't like when people lie.

I have been so happy with GFB. Not only are they reliable but they are honest and I would refer them to anybody needing plumbing or HVAC service.

Do not seek service from this place! The way I was treated by the lady over the phone was absolutely disgusting. I simply asked for her name, and she instantly hangs up the phone on me. I call back, she hangs up again, and continues to hang up.

The water service line from the street into my house was leaking somewhere underneath my circular drive way. I knew the repair could be very expensive so I called four plumbing companies for estimates. Some wanted $68 to $250 just for an estimate. The owner of GFB came out the same day I called for no charge. He clearly new his stuff and gave me a firm price with no hemming or hawing.

The next day he and his right hand guy came out and did the repair in one day including mixing up a small batch of concrete to repair the driveway. They ran into a small unforeseeable problem but fixed it and stood by their original price with no hassles. It's been a month and the repair has held up beautifully. Good guys, doing good work, for a good price.

I'd rate them a zero if I could. This business has absolutely no idea what customer service means. They left me without water or toilets for over 18 hours before even attempting to fix the problem they had caused. Then their employee came out to try and fix the problem he created. That ended with him admitting he didn't know how to fix the problem and leaving. I promptly cancel the check I had written and went with a different plumber. Use at your own risk!

They came out last minute to fix a water leak in my back yard. Saved a ton on our water bill and prevented flooding the yard and probably neighbors too. Fast and professional! Great job guys!
