Report
Anyone who has made a trip to the attic has probably encountered fiberglass insulation. Fiberglass is a very common form of insulation used for both residential and commercial purposes. Fiberglass insulation is usually packaged in rolls, or batts, which are stapled in place. It can also be applied as loose fill which is blown into attics, walls and floor cavities.
Spray Foam
Report
If you are looking to save on energy costs and improve the comfort of your home, spray foam insulation may be the right choice for you. The official product is called spray polyurethane foam (SPF) and is made by combining to two liquid chemicals. As the two chemicals are mixed, they react to create expanding foam that insulates, air seals and provides a barrier to moisture.

Our house is 50 years old and was in need of better insulation. We were told that in our inspection report (18yrs ago) but we kept putting it off. This year our heating bill told us to stop ignoring it. Banker was referred to us by Coble Construction. Banker was prompt, courteous, within budget, and saved us the enormous hassle of doing it ourselves.
I was surprised at how well they prepared the house for clean up. They left no trace of being there and we could physically feel the difference of stable temperature before they even left.

I am grateful for Banker Insulation for doing such a good job a few months ago. Their office staff is excellent as well as their insulation experts who came out for a free estimate. They were the lowest estimate and they didn't try to add on things I didn't need like an estimate from another company did. They kept in touch with me before to remind me and afterwards.
I can't believe how much of a difference there is with the right amount of insulation in our attic. Our temperatures in our home stay even. We had it done this summer. Before this, our temperatures were going way up and heating up the house And the AC was always on. Once the installation was put in, the temperatures in the house have been more even. Cooler in the day and not as cold at night. Thank you.

I had Banker Insulation add 10 of insulation to my attic. After the SRP rebate, it was just over $300 for the added insulation, which was a little more than if I had done it on my own, but well worth it to have them do it. Three months later, after the heat of the summer, my summer electric bills totaled $220 less than what they were last year. My air conditioner has not been running as much, and the house has been much more comfortable. I was very happy with the process and am even more excited with the comfort and the savings I've experienced. I highly recommend Banker Insulation.

Had a appointment this morning for them to install insulation. Were told they would be there between 6 & 7, no show or call from anyone. No one answered my call either. NOT happy . finally got a call that the workers would be here between 11 & 1, had to finish up a call from the day before. They came at 10:30, got the work done and did a good job. Cleaned up, and the men were nice and courteous. Not mad now!

Got a quotefor $1200 and I ended up doing the fiberglass wall batts myself because I installed some air conditioning returns in my living room and bedroom. I gave them three calls to ask about how much it would be to blow in cellulose. They never got back to me. Very disappointing service. I would not recommend. What I would recommend is, doing it yourself. All I was $400. They could of at least called me back haha but they made it easy for me to decide to do it myself so good on them for that lol!

My brother, who is in the construction trade, recommended Banker Insulation and I'm very glad I went with them. Just had additional cellulose added to my attic to bring it up to code (1985 build), and also in a new wall after a changing windows out. Banker Insulation was responsive and their work was excellent. They were careful with my home and extremely professional. I would highly recommend them!

Had insulation blown in the walls on an addition for the house. At the time I had intended on rolling insulation in the attic to save money and we had other work to be done. I was out of town while the work was being done. My wife asked a worker how much more it would cost to go ahead and get the attic done on the addition also. The price was cheaper then if I would have bought and installed the insulation myself.
I cannot express how pleased we were with their service. From the estimate appointment to the actual work performed everyone went above and beyond. Don't waste your time looking for another company just give this company a call and "Git er' Done".

Got a bid from banker insulation and they came in at half the price of everyone else. Scheduled to have them come out and do the work and they arrived on time and explained what they were going to do. They got to work and took the time to explain what they found along the way and how they remedied. They took over 30 before and after photos of all the work.
Almost instantly it seemed our problem spots in the house disappeared. The best part is no more wall of heat when we walk into the master bedroom. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Baker sent a crew out to take care of an issue I had with my home's insulation when they did not have to. Not only did the do the right thing they did it quickly, cleaned up all material from the job site. I could not be more satisfied with the company, the material they used and especially the crew they sent to my home. Top notched across the board.

Thank you for helping get my job done. Mike was great and the guys that did the job where friendly and did a good job especially considering they had to haul the hose up the hill. They could have easily come up with a reason to reschedule but instead handled it with good humor. Look forward to doing business with you again!

Mr. Kertesz called in to tell us that he was very pleased with all of our crews that worked on his job. He was impressed and wanted us to know here at the office that the crew deserved a big pat on the back. Please let Abe Vargas, Aaron Heras, Maurice Anderson, Alex Kidd, and Daniel Apodaca that we appreciate their hard work and a job well done.

I had a bid done and after a couple weeks I called back to have the work done, and the person that did the bid wasn't there any more. (should have been a red flag). So I was told to call another person. I called and left a message, I hear back from him a week later. he told me they would honor the bid but would need a faxed copy of it, it being 2010 I asked if I could email him the original bid that was EMAILED TO ME?
He said that he didn't have email so no, I would need to fax it like it was 1993. I did that and didn't hear back form him. and didn't hear back from him. finally I called and left a message again, and I didn't hear back from him. FINALLY, after calling twice I cot a hold of him. He said, he would have the installation people give me a call. They did and set an appointment.
The day before the appointment, I got a call from a Baker secretary asking for my credit card information.? I asked why and she explained that they were going to need to have it to pay for the insulation, i asked if we would pay when the work was done? She said, no it works better if they take my credit card. So i agreed BUT stressed the fact that I did not what to be changed for work that was not done yet. as you can probably guess, they went a head a charged my card.
I called and asked why they ran my card. she explained that it was company policy. I talked to another sales guy who said there was nothing he could do. I left a message for "Mr. Fax" and still have not heard back. The next day I get a call 3 hours before the appointment saying that they are at our house ready to do the insulation. I explain that the appointment is in 3 hours and that no one will be there until the allotted time, as it was a APPOINTMENT.
He is a little miffed because he was about to get out early for the day but instead has to go and pick his nose for 3 hours. Over all Banker was a disaster. I would not recommend using them to put insulation in a dog house.
