I had radiant barrier and needed a special company to install in the attic. Marshall Insulation and others bid on the job and because of the way Jeff Metzger presented the quote and bid is why they were chosen and they did a great job at a equitable price. The team was courteous and conscience. Our home is close to 20 years old and the builder did the bare minimum with our poor initial insulation. Marshall came in reviewed the attic and Jeff Metzger and team came through. Great job Marshall Insulation.

Amazing people! They are clean, friendly, always answer their phones, on time, they did a great job! My home is so much cooler and no more hot spots in the house. Worth Every Penny!

5 stars is for their new production manager dave! My husband's business has been using these guys for blinds for a little over a year, these are alot of problems I have had dealing with Mike previously as well as hope and believe they may have been family as well as may have heard that the new hope us also got family toes which leads to liabilities in any company.

I wish the owner would see what's going on here so the good guys like dave and the gentleman who has come to Tucson several times on our jobs as well as one one other (sorry idk t know their names) could work in the environment we provide our workers. However the two very loyal to your company. I have had had to play a lot of catch up since Mike in getting my jobs filled but dave has made sure we are happy using his guys for our blind needs. Thank you dave again you have really hustled along with your two guys and will continue our business with you for the tough times we have put you through!

I called to ask if they will perform a spray forma insulation service and I was forwarded to a contractor named Jeff. He asked me to send him some pictures to his cell phone and I did. I never got a reply. I called the company's number again and they did not answer either.

If you show up with a long truck you'll want to enter from Potter Street and go through the driveway for the business next door. It's tight but you can squeeze a truck with a 53' trailer in there.

Will not use them for anything. They give you official prices and then decide not to follow through with their promises.

Showed up on time & the men were very professional. They kept me informed of progress & gave me other suggestions. They cleaned up well after the job was completed.

Would not use again. They did squeeze us in for a top up of insulation in our attic, due to a quick close on the sell of our house. I was told by their sales rep that I would be told the time for the insulation on Friday as they were coming out on the Monday. I heard nothing until Monday at 5am when I recieved an email that said they would be there between 9 and 10am.

The guys arrived at 7:45 am, my family were not even dressed at this point. I went to pay the guys doing the work and they refused the money and said the office would call us. I had cash waiting to pay the bill. So I emailed the sales rep and asked how I was to pay? I heard nothing until end of business Wednesday when we got an invoice from accounting asking for a check or payment online.

I responded to this email saying that we were not told that we could not pay cash. Also complaining about the lack of communication from the sales rep. Guess what? I heard nothing back. Really! Obviously they do not care about customer service or customer satisfaction. While my issues were frustrating and minor, I still think it was bad service. I would never use again.

Guys were on time and did a great job. Very impressed and recommend them. They sprayed foam installation in for us on a water damage leak we had.

My review is almost identical to Susan B. dated 5/15/2018. On November 6, 2018 a representative from Marshall Insulation came to my house and I gave him $99 for the inspection of the house and scheduled insulation for November 12. The same day of service the same representative came to my house and I paid him balance in full. To my surprise over a week later I get a preliminary lien notice in the mail if I dont pay the balance a lien will be put on my home.

I just got off the phone with their office and the person in the office tells me this is their standard practice and I should have been notified. I agree whole heartedly that this is an extremely unethical business tactic. The work was inspected and in satisfactory condition but for this practice alone I will not recommend this company.

Marshall Insulation took 3 days to finish my shop in Queen Creek and it turned out perfect! The Crew was on time and efficient. The best part of the entire project was the lead had pride in his work. Thanks again guys you really made a difference and will recommend you to others.

Not honest. Sales guy came to our home, gave us a quote and discussed payment terms. We agreed to pay half before the job and half when the job was completed. The next day he calls and says you either have to pay in full or pay half now and we put a pre-lien on your home for the balance. We did not want to pay in full until the job was completed, so we paid half.

He also said that by the time they came out and did the job, the pre-lien would probably not even be processed and if we paid the balance, there wouldn't be a need for it. The very next day, we receive the pre-lien for the entire amount of the job! Anyone who has to do business this way is just not honest. I would never hire them again.

Beware! They give you a quote and ask for half down. Then the day before, they call and say if you don't pay for the entire job ahead of time they have to put a pre-lien on your home. They do this under the guise that this is as "new company policy" and don't mention it during their sales pitch in fear of losing your business. Not very ethical.

And when you receive the pre-lien it is for the entire amount, even though you have already paid for half. That said, they did a good job. Their guys showed up at 7:15am and rang our bell, then decided to eat breakfast and didn't start until 8:15am, but were thorough and seemed to get everything covered in our attic. They cleaned up when they were done.

Just didn't appreciate Jeff, the sales guy not being forthright with us about how payment for the job was to be done. It was a $1500 job and they felt they needed to do a pre-lien on our home for $750? A bit excessive if you ask me!

We used Marshall Insulation to provide insulation and seal our ductwork and we are very pleased. Jeff the salesman was very thorough and professional. The crew that did the work was awesome, making sure we understood exactly what was going on, providing pictures of the attic as they did their work, and were very neat. Although we have not had a summer pass yet, our SRP bill is already lower. We are really glad we decide to go with Marshall and highly recommend them to anyone looking for insulation and ductwork.

Marshall Insulation blew attic insulation and sealed the ductwork of the HVAC system on the property. Gil Franco was the salesman and he did a good job highlighting Marshall's services, but also pointed out ways to make the house energy efficient on my own. The work was coordinated through a rebate program from SRP. Gil was very helpful with the paperwork.

We received our rebates without hassle. The installation crew was very methodical and did a thorough job cleaning up when finished. I took several bids on the job. When taking into account the SRP rebate the bid from Marshall put it in the middle of the range.

We are so very pleased with the service we received from Marshall Insulation. Our salesman Jeff was pleasant and professional. He is very detailed oriented person, he caught two areas that they had not sealed, that's our kinda guy. We are more than happy!

These guys are awesome. Sean came out, did a great job on walk through, and the crew was on site in 2 days. Very competitive pricing on spray foam insulation in attic. Crew was neat (big thumbs up in my book), on time and professional. The field manager Mike came by on the first day to check in, and is very friendly and knowledgeable. Sean was out again to perform an energy audit to get me a credit with SRP to offset cost of install. All included in bid. Spray foam is the best there is, and these guys run a great show, get it done, and don't leave messes. Thumbs up!

Crew was on time, explained everything, cleaned up. Overall great job and great price. They made sure I got the rebates. Highly recommended, too.
