Mr. Rodrigo Estrada/Technician was the upmost Professional technician I have ever worked with. He explained everything he encountered to be fixed and was extremely thorough about what he was going to do and demonstrated with pictures. I had this system put in two years ago and missed my first maintenance call due to quarantine. They were able to set up an appointment very quickly. I love that they send a text with a photo of the technician and a little bit about them so it feels less like a stranger in your house. Rodrigo was on time and incredibly polite. I've had a lot of workers in my home since it's an older home. He's definitely someone I felt comfortable with. He did a great job and showed me the before and after with my AC filters and the main unit for the entire system.

Cesar at Brody Pennell was courteous, informative, professional, and most of all, kept the work area clean! We are so appreciative of Cesar and hope he can come back to service our unit in the future. BP as a whole was terrific in coordinating our servicing. We even signed up for their yearly membership because of their professionalism and sense of security that it offers in case anything goes wrong. This company did a real professional job today. Their technician Jeff came on time. Took time to inspect our air condition components with utmost care, knowledge, patience and a smile on his face all the time. He explained and showed us everything possible that had caused our air condition not to work properly. He gave us all the options to take care of them. Very thorough and very knowledgeable. This is the second install that I've had from Brody and the work is consistently high quality. The team this time around --Jonathan, Omar, Luis, and Sal were particularly professional. They arrived on time, went above and beyond to finish the job thoroughly and completely and left the job site neat as a pin. Just pro work from start to finish. Their bid was a little higher than the others but worth the expense for a job done right.

I recommend using Brody Pennell for all of your heating and cooling needs. Their service is top notch. It's the little things that matter, and that demonstrate how well they care for their customers. For example, at the end of the latest furnace maintenance visit Dustin even coiled up my water hose when he was finished using it. Brody Pennell replaced our old company after we weren't satisfied with the previous one. They serviced our 3 AC/heat units and we recently had a flood that damaged part of the furnaces and some ducts. Jeff came out today. He was on time. Spend a few hours repairing everything. He was professional and respectful. I recommend this company work and workers. Keep it up!

Our experience with Brody-Penell has been very disappointing. After purchasing a Carrier A/C unit one year ago, I have had to call them out twice. Mistakes they have made cost me more money. I was told by the owner that they are not a non-profit company' when I asked why I had to pay a service charge for a mistake that their technician made.
