You never know who you're selling to and after discussing the payment options I felt at ease in regards to making a home protection (alarm system, door motion sensors and solar camera options) decision. He followed up and introduced me to their partner, Brinks. The technician was efficient and knowledgeable. He did not leave until everything was setup and that I felt comfortable with the new equipment and app. I would highly recommend doing business with Advanced protection.

We had a power outage last night. When it was restored the security system (through the doorbell chime) created a constant humming. Technician Derrick talked me through the repair process. All is good now. I appreciate his calm and patient support.

Had Advanced Protection come out and install a new alarm monitoring system after closing on our home. Johnny came out and gave us a quote with professional service. A tech came the next day, installed and activated our system with the same high level of professionalism. Highly recommended!

If you are in the market to set up security at your home - call Advanced Protection. They will recommend two security companies based on your specific needs. They came out to set up our system (which had been installed by ADT) and discovered two of the windows in our house had never been connected to the security system.

Terrible. Was tricked into believing this was an ADT switch over. When in fact it was not. It was a totally different company. The cheap garbage they installed is flimsy plastic. I use the word installed very loosely as the sensors etc are put on with sticky tape.

We love our home alarm company! Advanced Protection has gone above and beyond in their service to us. We love that we can control our alarm system from our cell phones too!
