We will assign an account coordinator to your account who will be responsible for service, installations and communications between you and all of our offices. GNISEC will create an e-mail account "yourbusiness@gnisec.net" so any of your field personnel can send e-mail to this address to request service, technical assistance and support.

You and whomever you want in your company, plus all personnel related to your business in our operations department can be copied. We perform this to insure that all service requests are processed rapidly. We will also set up an FTP site with scanned copies of all service tickets and documents for you as a shared workspace for all service status and paper flow to be readily available.
