Today i was having furnace issues at my home. I got a referral from my work to call these guys as i havet been happy with any other co in the past. This company is wonderful. The tech Randy found the prob ordered the part and did a thorough cleaning including a filter replacement (which most don't do). I highly recommend this company. I've used a few in the past for my cooler and I'm so glad i called Anderson! Don't waste your time or money call Anderson there are very professional and thorough! Thanks Anderson heating and air!

These guys are exactly what we need for installation and repair of the cooler. They answered the phone, came out asap, and gave me a written estimate. The shop guy called me, the estimator called me, and they coordinated with the roofer I needed to use. Then they finished early. It was completely right without me having to check up on them. I couldn't be happier. Call them old school or just call them pro. but call them!

I work for a company that has contracted Anderson Air for many years. We weren't receiving cool air through our system so called it in for repair. We were given a day they would come out, so all was well. The day came and we just wanted an ETA so I called the main number and reached the secretary I'm assuming. Her name was Carmelita and she was very rude.

The two stars comes from our experience with her. The techs are always friendly and do good work. She, on the other hand was not friendly, and didn't seem all that concerned that we wanted an ETA because our facility was too hot to stand. I've never dealt with her before, but next time I will just ask to speak to someone else who I know will be far more friendly and helpful. She should not be taking calls if she is not interested in supporting her company and it's customers.

Hands down, the best experience I have had in dealing with a company since moving to NM. We installed a new combo unit on our roof, along with new thermostat and duckwork. The estimator was the most through with attention to detail that surpassed all other estimates. There wasn't a hitch in their scheduling and installation. Extremely courteous and professional service, along with very competitive pricing. I would highly recommend Anderson Aircorps for any HVAC needs.

Called Ben out on a Sunday morning and he was fast & professional. He quickly identified the problem & fixed some problems on the low voltage wiring the previous home owner left me. I called Anderson Air Corp to service an aging wall heater that had suddenly stopped working. I feared the diagnosis would be to replace it. Instead, within the hour the service man had it working again. I was exceedingly grateful for their honesty and efficiency. Highly recommend.

Last weekend I needed some help quickly for an elderly, disabled neighbor whose air conditioner had gone out. I had called on Anderson Air before for my workplace and they did a great job. So I tried them for a weekend service call. First, the response time was unbelievable. Their tech Benjamin, was here within minutes.literally.20 minutes from the time I hung up the phone.

He was so polite and professional. He was thorough and explained everything. He rebuilt and replaced the broken part and helped us with some general maintenance. He had the unit fixed and cooling down her home again by 11:00 a.m. Within 2 hours of my initial phone call we were up and running again on a Saturday morning! Amazing! The weekend service call rate was reasonable and the service was exceptional! THANKS BENJAMIN AND ANDERSON AIR CORPS! You made a hot and difficult situation calm and cool in no time! I just had a very frustrating experience with Anderson AC. I received a card in the mail to make an appointment for a spring service on our AC. I was told by the service scheduler that their company would not service our AC anymore.

My Technician Josh called and arrived within the first half of my four hour appointment window. Josh is friendly and knowledgeable. He accomplished all the work I requested in short order with complete thoroughness.

Amazing service -- honest and fair -- thanks so much. My a/c went out (99 degrees!) and they were able to make it next day. Replaced a fuse and cleaned the coils (lots of cottonwood). The charge was minimal.

We converted our house from evaporative cooling to refrigerated air. This involved replacing two furnaces, installing two compressors including one on the roof, installing two new thermostats, teaching us how to use the new equipment, and removing and hauling away the old equipment. Anderson Air Corps surpassed our expectations in every department.

Anderson Air installed our updated furnace and a/c in 1993. We have had a service contract ever since. Josh came today for the semiannual check up. After checking everything, he found the working fluid to be low.

The Anderson crew discovered problems we didn't know we had! Our two roof-top units were packed with cottonwood tree cotton and there were a variety of calibrations that were needed to make our units run more efficiently. All accomplished. And Dino and Archie were on time, clear in their communications and a pleasure to have on our premises. Thank you.
