Norm's Plumbing was established in 1968 by Norm himself. Norm's son Douglas took the reins in 1984 and continues to operate Norm's Plumbing with his wife Donna. I have used Norm for all of my plumbing needs at my Hudson home since 2008. He is prompt, always calls me back, prices reasonably, and the work is absolutely bullet proof. I am happy to recommend him as a good reliable plumber is hard to find.

I had another plumber come out to look at my dripping faucet (Precision) and they quoted me $700 if I wanted a quick fix and over $3000 to really do it right. Norm's gave me directions over the phone that took 5 minutes and cost nothing. Honesty is worth more than gold

We had frozen, busted pipes from the cold wave that hit Boulder. Called Norm's and they sent over Doug, who did a fantastic job locating the leaks and fixing everything, affordably. I definitely recommend Norms.

It was really cold in Boulder and I had a tenant at a rental property with three kids and the furnace stopped working. It was a Friday and every place in town was busy because of the weather and broken furnaces all over. Norm's said they could come Tuesday because they were booked on Monday, but if they had time later in the afternoon they would come Friday.

Really poor customer service from Donna when I had a complaint that I had received bad advice from one of their plumbers. It was more like incomplete advice and I'll make that concession but it ended up costing me several more visits and hundreds of dollars, and her response when I called to give feedback was defensive and argumentative.
