Called company today they sent one of their very pleasant guys out he explained exactly what he was going to do, gave me the rate per hour on labor. And when the work did not take a entire hour he didn't stretch the time out or still charge the entire amount since the labor was not a complete hour.

Called their office at 7:30 this morning about a back-up of the plumbing in my home. The young lady I spoke too said someone would be here in the 12-3 slot. The technician showed up at 10:45 and called me to come home I did so and he got to work on my house at 11:00am and finished before 12. Sat in his truck writing up my invoice for 10 min.
