Thank you Spencer for job well done.fixed the pipes under my sink that I have had to fix at least four times over the years. His work ethic is very valuable! Does his job the right way the first time rather than doing it quickly just to get it done. He sees the whole picture and does what needs to be done. Very thorough and very professional! Finishes his job with cleaning up too. Very impressed! Beth

Overall a good experience, but here are the pros and cons regarding my service appointment. PROS: very professional and quickly diagnosed the issue with the hot water in about 15 minutes. The issue with my hot water heater was the Honeywell thermostat attached to the front of the heater failed; it needed to be replaced. They also provided a military discount on the labor which of course is always appreciated, but not expected. CONS: Honeywell thermostats for AO Smith water heaters can be purchased locally and checking prices seem to run about $125-$150; but their supplier apparently charged $235.
The other thought was $300 for labor, meaning driving to get the thermostat was a labor cost. In the end, the heater was fixed in about 35 minutes. Ask questions upfront about the labor costs, I was confused when we discussed labor if it included sealing a small leak from the vent leading to the roof. I though that labor was part of the $500 upfront quote, so I opted to just replace the thermostat, but apparently I was mistaken on that part.

I had a leak in my wall and after calling Spenser came in about an hour. He was really friendly and even answered my 5 year old son's questions about plumbing. I knew about one leak but Spenser took the time to find some others that water damage led him to. He was very thorough and left me very confident that all the issues I didn't even know I had were resolved. Very impressed and satisfied with the work and the bill was less than I felt it would be. Can't give them enough praise. Thank you.

Excellent experience with these people. Called in last minute to get our kitchen sink fix. It had clogged up and it would not drain properly and leaking underneath. Called almost at noon and for about a few minutes got a call that they were able to have a technician send in a few hours. And true their word the Tech parked his truck in front of our yard. Did an awesome job and fixed what my dad mess as my parents trying to revamped the kitchen so to speak.
There were a lot of things f'ed up and the Tech was able to fix it and correct the way it was supposed to be. For the price I think it was worth it since it was f'ed up in the first place.

These guys were life savers when we had an emergency leak under our dishwasher, which flooded below our brand new floors ~ of course on a weekend. They came right out, diagnosed the problem and got us all fixed in record time. They were courteous, prompt and skilled. From now on we will always use these guys and highly recommend them to all our friends and family.

Lady on the phone was nice. Handed me over to a man who was on the verge of being down right rude. He spoke condescendingly and reiterated many times he couldn't diagnose anything over the phone, BUT he somehow could give me a quote of $239 to fix the problem he has yet to diagnose. I didn't go any farther. I called U-Save plumbing and the gentleman said " I'll be happy to come out and look at it, and we'll figure it out from there".
He's on his way. I try to always use local businesses, i'm for the honest working man, and If you had a good experience with Bayfront, I'm happy for you, mine didn't get past the initial phone call.

I hired Bayfront Plumbing to replace my bath tub which was old and cracked. They showed up on time and their plumber was very nice and knowledgeable. The install was done professionally and they cleaned up afterwards. The cost was very reasonable also. Bayfront Plumbing is now the only plumbing company I will use and I recommend them 100%.

This company came out and had to crawl under my house because it is old and "offgrade" construction. They found numerous leaks & a lot of spiders; too numerous to fix the problem. I called an exterminator who came out & took care of the spiders; they came back out & fixed all of the leaks. They gave me a free estimate & did not charge me to come out & look at the problem even though they had to crawl under the house. It's been over 60 days and the leak is gone; no more problems. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants a problem fixed correctly; the first time
