Our toilet overflowed, causing a major flood throughout our home. We called Kimmons Plumbing, and they quickly showed up to help. We would have significant water damage if not for this great company!

I called and enquired as to if there was a fee to look at my kitchen faucet. The receptionist started screaming in my ear and would not answer my question directly. BAAAAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I told her NOOOO THANKS.

I've hired Kimmons for small emergencies and larger projects. Every time consistent craftsmanship and professionalism from all of their employees. Great communication, and friendly. Really solid company to do business with.

An hour worth of work and charged $300! Hot water heater still doesn't work! Just a waste Also charged for cleaning a filter I already knew about and cleaned. And I asked if the material to fix it was in the box. He said no. I opened the boxes and there was a circuit board in one (one of the things he said I needed) a new wire (that looks exactly like the one he pointed out to me) and not sure what the last wire in the third box was but the boxe also had instructions.

Our garbage disposal started leaking last night, and I called this morning in hopes of getting someone out by the middle of next week when we were scheduled to leave. Imagine my surprise and delight when the reply was, "ma'am, I have plumbers in your area now and should be able to get someone to you today - Monday at the latest, ". and even greater surprise when the phone rang less than 2 hours later - the plumber was on his way!

They diagnosed and fixed the problem in just over an hour. Jimmy and his assistant were pleasant, professional and careful about both safety and clean-up. Price was reasonable, and included a senior discount. Definitely our go-to plumber from here on out!

We had a slab leak the week before Christmas, Mr. Kimmons gave us priority since we had to turn off our water heater. Jeremy was at the house on dec 23rd mapping everything out. thank God they did not have to break the tile or anything. Once everything was mapped out, another set of guys came over, Jerry, to get the new pipes in. Wonderful job! Very grateful for them.

We are a 35-yr-old 10-unit condominium and many of our plumbing needs are challenging. Kimmons Plumbing has installed a garbage disposal, replaced seals on an upstairs toilet that was leaking into a downstairs unit, and more. They have been professional, prompt, and efficient, and their rates are reasonable. They have become our No. 1 recommended plumber for owners as well as management. Thanks to Kevin and Jerry as well as Tommy who keeps them on track!

I would not recommend. The dishwasher install was horrible. Jeremy kept saying it was an under counter install. The owners manual said it's a side mount due to granite countertops. I also said my cousin who has done this for 25 years said it's a side mount. Jeremy's reply was to have my cousin come do the work. And the plastic covering sheeting was not removed to below the handle.

So Jeremy screwed the handle on over the protective covering. He said it's the owners job to remove it. So now when I attempted to remove it, I have pieces of the protective covering sticking out around handle area. Not attractive. When I called the owner to discuss the issues, he had no intention of following up on this. I got the feeling that Jeremy word is golden.

I found Kimmons online. After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to try them. They installed two toilets and two shower heads for us. Jeremy was one of the plumbers and my mom could not have been more pleased with the service. They were efficient, honest and did their work with integrity. They will get all of our future business. So glad to have found a new plumber.

Called Benjamin Franklin plumbing got an estimate of 15,000$ for a water leak on my property he wouldn't even give me an estimate on fixing the leak only on re-piping the house. After the gentleman left made a call to Kimmons in tears a very delightful man calmed me down the man was honest and said it would cost extra if they had to come out on a holiday weekend so decided to wait. Kevin and Jerry called me before coming out after doing a few tests they checked my yard and fixed the leak not only did they fix the leak but changed out some shower knobs that had broke.

They were really professional and quick without having to wait another day they got my water back on with no leaks for less than 400$. Their card reads Honesty and Integrity and I have to say they stand by it.

I found a pinhole leak in our garbage disposal and called Kimmons Plumbing late on a Monday afternoon. The person on the phone said they were very busy but would do their best to work us in quickly because we were nearby and there was always someone at home. Sure enough I got a call Tuesday morning from Jeremy saying he had just finished a job and could fit us in before lunch.

I had already indicated that I would accept their recommendation for a replacement disposal so he brought it with him. In less than an hour the old disposal was out, the new one in and extensive leakage tests had been performed. Job well done! I was billed for the replacement disposal plus one hour labor. The price of the replacement was competetive with what I would have paid for a similar unit anywhere - no gouging mark up. I appreciated the quick service and professional work,

We had a hot water leak under the slab in our home which turned out to be non-repairable in place and which would have to be re-routed overhead. The first quote was high and we were told we would have to tear out all the cabinets in our kitchen in order to access the connections. Kimmons came out, determined a way to re-route the plumbing which caused minimal damage to our existing fixtures and cost us $600 less, not counting the cost of cabinet removal.

As we were without hot water in our home, they prioritized our job and repaired the plumbing the next day. We are very happy with the efficient and professional way in which they handled our situation. Kevin & Jerry were extremely helpful and kept us informed every step of the way. I called Kimmons Plumbing based on the BBB grade and customer reviews. I had an issue with a backed up sewer and Kimmons Plumbing dispatched two technicians to resolve my issue. The technicians were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable and in under an hour, used a machine to remove an obstruction from the sewer system primary drain at the exterior of the house.
