We had a wonderful experience with Aggressive Plumbing. They were very professional over the telephone and arrived on time. Ronnie did a great job diagnosing the problem and was kind enough to pick up some new faucets that we had ordered. He did a excellent job with the installation and reworking some of the connections so that everything looked very neat. He was considerate of our home and cleaned up any mess before leaving. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the service we received!

Great company! Called regarding a toilet leaking at base when flushed. Scheduled us the next day (with the possibility of a same day visit depending on how their day's schedule went). Was NOT an emergency, as it wasn't a constant leak and we could shut the water off to that toilet easily. Received a text confirmation, then a call before the plumber (Nathan) arrived. Arrived on time.
Very nice guys and very efficient and professional, and very very nice. Had to remove grout from around the toilet to remove it (We didn't do it - was that way when we bought the house!) Cleaned everything up very nicely and job was done in no time (wax seal). Will definitely use them anytime we need a plumber in the future.

We found a terrible leak in our basement. It was caused by very old pipes coming from our kitchen sink and it smelled awful. We made an appointment with Aggressive Plumbing as soon as we found it. Nate arrived on time and was very friendly. As soon as he saw the leak he started making calls for us. He went above and beyond to make sure that the leak in our basement was cleaned up ASAP and he even fixed our pipe on a weekend so that we could get back to using our kitchen like normal. We had a wonderful experience with Nate and Aggressive Plumbing. I highly recommend using them.

We called Aggressive Plumbing due to a major leak under the slab and they fit us into their schedule very quickly to do an estimate. Since it was a major project, the owner and one of his managers came out and explained to us in great detail exactly what they would do and then sent us a quote that evening. The great news is that they were able to use a non-invasive approach to make the repairs.
Which means, they did not have to tear out cabinets, countertops, tile flooring, etc. The two gentleman who actually did the work did an excellent job and were very friendly. They did a great job, double checked everything and were very professional. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs. We have definitely found our plumbing company for future projects. Thank you to Aggressive Plumbing!

This was the only plumbing service that could find a solution to our inline water heater problem. Our old unit was going out. It was very hard to find a unit that would fit in our outside cabinet. They did a good bit of research and actually had a unit that would fit. The manufactureer of our old unit informed us that it could be up to 16 weeks to get a unit. That would be a long time with no hot water. Thank You Aggressive Plumbing.

I wish I could leave more than five stars. I called in the middle of the day regarding a large leak running through our ceiling in the attic. Not only did they make room in their completely full schedule, but knowing that we didn't have any water on in the house, they sent a team out immediately to quickly repair and restore our water. About 15 mins. later, another team arrived just to insure our problem had been resolved!
They are on our speed dial now. I can't say enough about the quality of service, swiftness, how courteous with explaining the problem, and if they are unable to locate a leak (like the one in our yard after the hurricane), they will give you an excellent recommendation to those who can. The cost for repair was straight forward and fair-no hidden costs. I wish all of our house repairs could be handled by a company with such an awesome work ethic and customer service! You guys are EXCELLENT!

There is no reason to look any further than Aggressive Plumbing for your plumbing needs. This company defines integrity. About 6 years ago, they installed a tankless water heater, which was working perfectly until 2 weeks ago, when the unit no longer delivered hot water consistently. On the first service call, they inspected the unit and did some routine maintenance but the issue remained.
They suspected that the cause might actually be related to the gas line itself. The following day was a Saturday, and the owner himself showed up. He had suspected that there was an issue with the gas supply, and had already alerted the gas company that they would most likely be needed. He was correct and the gas company arrived promptly to inspect the gas meter and the supply line.
They determine that there was a crack in the gas pipeline leading to the meter. They planned to return the next day to do the repairs. Anticipating any possible glitches, the owner provided me with the number to the gas company, just in case I needed to contact them. Indeed, the gas company did not show up for 2 days and I needed to call the gas company to remind them of the unfinished job.
Once the gas company completed the replacement of the pipeline to my house, the plumbers returned to inspect the unit and purge any residual air and debris. The unit was not functioning optimally, and rather than accept mediocre performance, they called the manufacturer of the tankless water heater for advanced troubleshooting. They did not leave until the unit was functioning perfectly.
I am absolutely blown away with the professionalism, the technical expertise and anticipation of events displayed by this company. They are clearly experts and they truly value their customers. Throughout this whole process, they were in constant communication. I had no doubt that they were committed to solving the problem. Aggressive Plumbing is a top-notch company. Based on my history with them, I would be insane to hire any other plumbing company.

I called Aggressive Plumbing by Robert after going through the BBB's lists. Even though they are not accredited by the BBB, I thought at least they've got good reviews. I called to schedule an estimate for our shower leak and a faucet leak and possibly replace them. But because I wasn't sure what kind of faucet I ought to get so that it would fit right on my sink, I asked the lady and after talking to one of the plumbers in the office, she told me just save all my questions for the appointment.
A day before the appointment, I also asked them some questions about water filtration system installation. The receptionist told me she would call one of the water guys they use and call me back on the same day, but she didn't. The next day, the plumber showed up and I started showing him the problems we had and asking him questions, here's where all the problems started.
First of all, he automatically assumed that our shower leak would call for a cartridge replacement. And I asked him what if that's not the problem. And he said, then I'll just pay $100 for the cartridge and then he'd replace the valve by cutting open the wall! Shouldn't he at least remove the knob and examine what the REAL problem is instead of guessing?
In his boss's defense, Robert said his plumber has got 25 years of experience so he didn't have to diagnose. And the second problem was after asking the plumber if he had any experience in installing our water ionizer, he said he'd need to read the manual because he had never done it before. That took him a while and then he went outside my house twice to ask his boss how much he would need to charge me.
A well structured company should be transparent about all these, right? And when I asked him about warranty on his work, he said he's not going to be liable for it because he didn't purchase the unit, which makes sense. But if anything has to do with his workmanship, he would come fix it BUT that's only if I'm able to PROVE that the problem(s) are caused by him.
After trying to understand their pricing on one or two repairs and/or installing our ionizer and checking with his boss and me calling my husband, the plumber said he only had an hour at my place because he had his next appointments to go to so he had to leave. And I had to pay him $145 just the trip charge which on the same day I found out from THREE licensed, bonded and insured plumbing companies that their trip charges are between $65 and $75!
I then called the office to describe what had happened, the receptionist was trying to make me see their point of view and wouldn't let me talk so I started raising my voice because at that point, I was just furious. This is not the way to do business at all! She told me if I'm not happy, I can talk to her boss. And his name is Robert and then she hung up!
I called back the second time, she simply put me on hold for nearly 15 minutes! Then I finally got a hold of Robert, he simply just agreed with how his employees do things. This company has brought my confidence to the ground about the local businesses here in Florida. Just whole bunch swindlers!

They are the best I have found! I had a leak in the kitchen and they were there 30 minutes after I called. Professional, nice, knowledgeable, and most of all, they cared about me as a customer. They went out of their way to take care of the main problem and then helped me with another issue that had been aggravating me over the holiday season.

A water pipe in my yard burst while I was out of town dealing with a family emergency. Robert, the owner, personally called me back after hours. Then his crew came to my house on a Saturday while I wasn't home and fixed the problem without another word. They understood my crisis and had the compassion to help way beyond what most businesses would do. They never even asked for payment. I had to go make them take my money. Thank you guys.

Aggressive Plumbing returned my call first thing in the morning after I had left an after hours message. They were quite friendly and were able to work around my work hours and get out that same day. Joey did the work on my gas lines and was very professional and friendly. Would definitely use again!

I called with a stopped up kitchen sink. 2 hrs later, I called again and the office person said "oh, I forgot to tell them.". Now, this was not as emergency call but I thought that was a totally inferior answer. Then, they advised they "don't do kitchen sinks". Fine, but I would have called some else 2 hours sooner. To give them credit though, they did recommend an EXCELLENT company "Root-A-Sewer" who completed the job THAT day.

Robert at Aggressive Plumbing came highly recommended to me during a recent plumbing emergency, and I can see why! He came to the rescue and repaired a broken water main at 7:30 am on a Sunday morning. The job was intense, and he worked HARD to get access to the problem. The leak was buried about 2.5 feet under a web of massive live oak roots the size of my calf!
What probably needed a backhoe to access, he did on an early Sunday morning BY HIMSELF with an axe and a saw. The professionalism, promptness, speed and even price were amazing! THANK YOU AGAIN, ROBERT! You are now my go-to guy and I would recommend you and your company to anyone I know without hesitation! (To the other 5-star reviewer here that mentioned they are "pricey but worth it", I just want to say that I expected my bill to be 3-4 times the amount I paid. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised. He would have been a deal at even twice the price!)

Have to admit, these guys are good! As a landlord who is far away, it's nice to have peace of mind that they know what they are doing. They may be a bit pricey, but I'm the type of customer who is willing to pay for quality.especially when it's on a short-notice call. Thanks for your help with our house in Navarre!
