We've been customers over 30 years. Always buy the service contract. When I called to get our summer inspection it took a month before they were able to come. It's great there busy I just thought loyalty mattered. Service: A/C system maintenance

Critical: Value Came out added freon to ac unit and replaced caps. Rep advised no leaks. Cost $502. 2 days later a/c stopped working. Wanted to charge another $130 plus $15 every 30 minutes just to come back. Just had another company come out and advise there is a leak. Won't use them again or any company unless their work comes with a warranty Service: A/C system repair

Robbins installed my HVAC system in 2017 and have serviced it ever since. Was extremely disappointed when they showed up 20 minutes AFTER the 2 hour window they gave me for a simple AC tune up.

They are the best Heating and AC company I have dealt with. I had a horrible experience with one of the more commercial companies, and David Haddad helped us choose an AC that was compatible with our new furnace. He gave us an excellent price, and when we recently had some furnace pump issues, the technicians were courteous, on time, explained everything, and didn't charge us an arm and a leg. I will sing the praises of this company for many many years.

This is the only company that I contacted that did not try to sell me a 12000 hvac system. Mike showed up on time and worked hard and fixed the issues. I was shocked at the great price and was thankful to the point of giving him a well deserved tip. If you want honest and folks of integrity look no further. Thx Robbins. Have used Robbins for years, had them out to my house this past summer to add ductwork and do an ac tuneup. Also had them repair my fathers account this past summer. Called to have my fathers oil furnace serviced today and was treated like I have never used them before. Was refused service because they are too busy to take on a new customer.guess its time to establish with a new company, they used to be very professional.

The guy who came out was awesome and knew his stuff. He knew we needed a new system, but did what he could to get my heat running again until my landlord put the new system in.

A fantastic experience, inexpensive, excellent diagnosis skills, professional, this is the AC people you will want. I have a 26 year old system, and the technician described my unit as a tank, and did not try to sell me a new unit! Fantastic, and I love the honesty and advice on keeping my "tank" unit in good shape. I will definitely use them next time.

Had a fan motor go out in central air unit on July 3rd. Service staff was limited due to the observation of the 4th of July holiday business wise. House was getting hot and the temperature was supposed to get into the low 90's that day. I called Bob R and asked him what was the model number of my central air unit as he has worked on it in the past.

My plan was to relay that information back to the service department where I had already set up a service call. Not only did he know the model number but he went into the shop on his day off to come over and fix it for me. Bob R is the reason I call Robbins for central air service. Bob R typically does commercial yet went out of his way to help a residential client. Quality person working for a quality company. Many thanks to Bob R and Robbins Heating & Air.

We built a new home and Robbins installed our heating and cooling system. From the beginning we had problems. A year and a half later after multiple attempts by Robbins they could not get it to work properly. We tried calling over a week ago and no return phone call. So we contacted another company. We wished they were the installers. The technician within 30-45 minutes found multiple mistakes. He corrected the issues and the system is performing better than it ever has. I would not recommend Robbins for anything.

Robbins Heat and Air is a five star business. Family owned and I've been using them for the last 45 years. Fast friendly service. You can bet if you have a heat and air problem these guys will do all they can to fix it. They provide repair of the old or new replacement according to the circumstances.

Tech visited my house in January, 2018 and was not able to make a diagnosis or repair for my intermittent no heat problem. He indicated they would mail me an invoice. They did not, and I assumed they had written the matter off because no diagnosis or repairs were made. Prior to winter 2019, I was able to find a loose exhaust elbow, which the tech. probably should have found, and repaired the problem myself.

No contact at all from Robbins. Today, over a year later, I received an invoice for the January, 2018 service call, along with a notice that it was past due (although I had never received any statement before today). Fortunately, there are much better choices for HVAC services in Louisville.

Love Robbins, had Bob out on the weekend and he was beyond professional. Explained everything and had knowledge that far exceeded any other company I've experienced. They are quick to respond and honest.

On a recent 100+ degree day, my neighbor who is handicapped, air conditioner stopped working. Robbins Heating and Air was called and they responded very quickly (within 2 hours). The technician assessed the situation and had the air conditioner running within minutes.

Great service all around! Within only 3 hours of calling Robbins our air conditioner was up and running! We've had bad experiences in the past with other companies when our heat has gone out a couple of times.
