Video / Line Locating

Video cameras have become some of the most valuable tools ProDrain uses. Specially made cameras let us visually inspect underground sewer lines and other piping to determine the condition of the inside of the pipe. A flexible rod with a high-resolution video camera on its tip is inserted into the pipe for inspection.

Drain Service

With the larger jet (commonly referred to as a trailer jetter) it is also possible to blast away roots, accumulated scale, silt, sand, sludge, grease or other debris on the inside walls of pipe in your sewer and drainage systems.

I had a hot water heater go out, I called Pro Drain around 9am, Deanna was able to get a plumber to my house by 11am, and he was able to go to the supply house, get a new hot water heater, return to my house and have the job completed (and under the quoted budget) by 1pm.

I had a difficult interaction with ProDrain. I approached them with a bathroom remodel and asked for a bid. ProDrain requested that I email a project summary and parts list. I did this but after a week still had no response of any kind.

Cold water line pipe broke and we had to shutoff our house water. After calling literally a dozen plumbers who couldn't/wouldn't come out same day I called these guys and they were able to offer an after hours appointment for 7pm.
