I called Payne Roofing this morning at 9:00 am and explained my situation of needing an unbiased roofer opinion for my buyer I am representing in a real estate purchase. Great experience with this company - from start to finish! Everyone was extremely professional and knowledgeable on what needed to be done. Scheduled an appointment 5 days in advance and had to take time off work as they require the homeowner to be present for a free estimate. The appointment was between 3 pm and 5 pm. Got called from the inspector/employee at 3:35 pm saying he was on his way.

In November of 2011, my flat roof sprung a small leak after a storm. I was told that accumulation of leaves were the main problem but that the roof needed to be washed and sealed with 2 coats of elastomeric coating.
