We've had a long saga over the last 18 months with this company. We brought them in to inspect repair apparent leaks in the roof prior to rainfall. When it rained, leaks happened. They came back, said leaks were repaired. They were not. We had a bedroom ceiling and wall rebuilt, which they paid for, since their lack of response and effective repair failed to fix.

They came out to re-do repairs they had already made as they did not hold when it rained. A leak in the master bedroom and two leaks in the garage reappeared. One was so bad it has done significant damage to the garage drywall. Since last appearing to fix the master bedrooms and garage, they said they needed to follow up and complete some sealing around the scuppers. We have heard nothing. Then today, one of the leaks in the garage is happening again. Don't use these people. You'll never sleep soundly when it rains!

Called them in to do pre-monsoon roof inspection and attend to any repairs. Just a few days later it rained hard and a roof that had previously not leaked just poured through the ceiling. They came back to attend to the leak and failed to fix it. Said they would like to do a more substantial repair and would quote. No quote, no further contact, more rain and more leaking.

Now we have a ruined ceiling AND wall to repair. They did pay for a bedroom wall to be drywalled, which leaked after their repair/s. Then the master bedroom ceiling started too, and a leak over the garage entered the ceiling and wall. Review revised 2/23/22. A couple of extra visits, with recommendations for follow up and left hanging again! Now a leak which was supposedly fixed over the garage is again pouring water.

I can appreciate it is a busy time and demand for services is high. But the lack of ability to actually complete a job is driving us nuts - and costing us $000's, never mind the stress when it rains, just waiting for the next wall or ceiling to be ruined.

Love that they didn't try and sell you a roof and repaired. Thanks for helping us get by to save up for complete repair. Work was donne timely. I loved they had women roofers!

We used Roofstar to replace a bunch of broken clay tiles, mortar certain areas, correct some flat roof problems and install new skylights at our house in PV. They gave me a quote, took two days and two emails to answer questions I had on it. Asked another question, took them 12 days, two emails, and a phone call to respond. I said I wanted to do the job, took them two days to confirm. They sent the invoice, it was $70 more than what was original quoted. Scheduled the repair but they didn't show up and said they would do it when they had time. 24 hours later, I followed up, no response.

Five days after that I followed up again and they scheduled me for two days later. They didn't show up again for the appointment. I gave up, they came four days later to do the repair.

Roofstar provided professional inspection and detail quotes on the repairs needed to be done for our properties. We collected a few quotes from different roofing companies for comparison. Roofstar repair cost was very competitive and reasonable. We ultimately chose to go with Roofstar because we felt confident that they would take care of the problems.

They came back to correct the minor issue that we had and finished the job to our satisfaction without further questions. We would highly recommend Roofstar to our families and friends.

Roofstar provides great customer service. I was able to text the office manager and our job supervisor when I had questions and their response indicated concern and a desire to be helpful. This is a great company to work with. Worked with them twice over a 10-year period and both great experiences. The last experience involved a very difficult leak in a sun room/solarium and the owner, Jeff, came out and hunted down the leak and made sure that it was resolved. Cannot recommend them high enough. Got a recommendation for Roofstar from someone in my neighborhood who knows the owner. Had my estimate scheduled and they accidentally cancelled it. Rescheduled a few days later and got my estimate. They wouldn't schedule the work after I signed the job order. Told me to wait a week. Heard nothing so I called a scheduled a week later. They cancelled my appointment the night before stating their crew was ill. Said they would be out Friday.

No showed. Never called to reschedule. No return calls, emails or texts after I reached out. This is all during the crazy storms we are having. My active leak in my rental will be getting repaired by someone else. Don't use these guys. Poor communication, unprofessional and obviously too busy for additional customers. Probably a blessing in disguise. Who knows what the work would have been like if the office is running this way.

We replaced our roof after 34 years. It was important to find a reputable company that would not only provide value, but also service. What can you say about Roofstar Arizona? They were prompt and diligent with an attention to detail. They also provide a post inspection to make sure nothing is missed. We also decided to change our clerestory windows and they came back out for a reasonable fee to allow our window installer needed access to complete their work. I recommended them on my parent's roof and they were quick and provided great value and service to them as well. Thanks again Roofstar Arizona!

Extremely pleased with our extensive roof repair work. The crew showed up early and we could hear them working on the roof all day for a number of days. The price was extremely fair for the scope of the job. I had other roofing companies give me a bid prior to Roofstar. But once Roofstar came out, inspected our roof and told us what needed to be done, I knew they were who we'd hire. They have integrity and honestly which is refreshing when hiring contractors.

I looked around for a smaller local company to handle our roofing needs. I was so happy to find Roofstar who responded quickly to my phone call. Adam came out within two days and did a pretty thorough inspection of my roof. He explained the flat part of the roof was still in pretty good shape and what we needed was the rest of it either repaired or reroofed.

He took pictures to show me areas of concern. He is very knowledgeable and explained the reasons for the suggested repairs. He gave us two options to fix our leaking roof. Of the three companies I had come out to check the roof, Roofstar really stood out. Their honesty and professionalism was refreshing. Once we agreed on the reroof, the company began in a matter of days. We were very happy with the results. A very solid company with very kind and caring employees.

The buyer of our home got a quote for minor roof repairs from Roofstar. We followed through with the suggestions on the quote for the buyer's sake. With quote in hand, we called and left a message on the office number on a Thursday morning. They were out of the office until Monday. We did not receive a call by 11:30 Monday, so we called again Monday and left another message.

Their answering machine promises to call back within 24-48 hours. They called us back in the afternoon on Monday from the message left on Thursday. The second message we left on Monday got a call back on Tuesday night. We finally got a call back on Monday afternoon and got an appointment for 10:30 on Wednesday. We waited at the house all day on Wednesday.

No show. No call. We called and left another message at 4:15 Wednesday, with a recorded promise to get back to us in 24-48 hours. No call back on Wednesday. At 7:30 am Thursday, the doorbell rang. An old pickup with no logo was on the curb. I man with no company logo, no work order and basic English skills tried to communicate with us that he was here to work on the roof.

No one called ahead to let us know. We were not prepared for or ready to receive guests, if you know what I mean! The chemicals used in the process made us both lightheaded, with the windows closed. We opened the windows, turned on all the vents and fans, and went outside for several hours. Around 10:00 AM Thursday, someone from Roofstar called, apologized for the missed appointment on Wednesday, and promised that someone would be out to do the work shortly.

This was hours after the workers had left. We still were waiting for someone to come and pick up the check. At 1:00 pm another unmarked pickup pulled up to the curb. He handed us a business card and received the check. But could not produce a receipt. He promised a receipt via email when he got back to the office. It never came. Another call. Another recorded message with a promise to get back within 24-48 hours. An email with the receipt finally came via email at 8am on Friday.

Thank God for amazing companies with amazing workers. From beginning to end they were fantastic. And I knew we could trust them to do a good job even at our first meeting to review and quote. They are honest. They did a great job! Kudos to Ricardo's crew, Adam, the the lovely Britney! We were in bad shape with our roof leaking. They helped us out so much!

Excellent job came by when they said they would did a great job and didn't leave a mess + no leaks thank you very much I'll be using them again. I had them to repair on my roof and install a whirlybird.

Jeff came to do the initial inspection himself, and actually climbed on my roof, removed debris to get to the tiles, then pulled up tiles for an accurate assessment of my roof and underlayment. He inspected multiple areas on my roof, not just where i suspected a problem. He came down off the roof and assured me that he could help, and explained the repair process.

I appreciate the truth up front! So long story made short, RoofStar came out, fixed my roof ahead for schedule and at a lower cost than the 2 other company's had quoted and gave me a guarantee. I will and have recommend Jeff and RoofStar to everyone who has a roofing need.

My house is 30 years old and had the original roof on when we bought the house. I got 9 bids to have a new roof using the existing tiles. Bids ran between $14,000 to $23,000. I narrowed it down to 3 bids and went to those business with questions. Roofstar not only answered all my questions but showed me all the different parts that they would use to bring it up to code.

They gave me a start date, showed up on time, finished on time and the owner, Jeff came out got on the roof and inspected it in person. I had no problems and his labor and products had the best warranty as well. I highly recommend this company.

Jeff is as honest and professional as it gets! He was referred to me by another great professional I used and he did an excellent job in my roof. I do think having the roof inspected every couple of years is a good idea and do understand he can only go so far with his warranty.

We have spent thousands of dollars with Roofstar. Recently, an area over our master bedroom started leaking again. The owner, Jeff Knudson, showed up at my house (not on The date/time we had scheduled our appt.) to inspect the roof. He explained to me that this particular area would be covered under warranty and thought it should be fixed right away before further rain caused more damage.

I was headed out of town for a week and Mr. Knudson said I did not need to be home, they would come and make the repairs while I was away. WRONG! Not only did they not show up, nobody called us and it has been two weeks. With all of the recent storms, we had MORE damage to our bedroom ceiling and now we need to replace a portion of the ceiling, too!

My husband and I have left several voicemails for Jeff Knudson and he has not bothered to return our calls. Today, I finally got ahold of him only to be told that "I misspoke, your roof is not under warranty and I will send you a quote this evening". Really? NO THANKS! Roofstar! Your lack of integrity and bad customer service is enough of a reason to take my business elsewhere.

Your inability to keep your word, and honor what you promised in the first place, has now cost us additional money since the ceiling will need to be repaired as well. VERY DISAPPOINTED! BEWARE.do not use this company!

We just want to thank you (Jeff) and your employees for the excellent and professional job in replacing our tile roof. Your employee's (Juan Diaz and crew) were diligent, neat, pleasant, worked independently and very competent. It was such a pleasure to do business with a company with such high standards. I just wanted to personally thank both you (Jeff) and Mike for your help on this house. This is the second time I've used Roofstar for roof repairs. Jeff and Roofstar has been honest and fair with their prices compared to other companies however the big difference to me was with the customer service. Jeff Knudson, the owner, came out to our house personally to explain to me what the problem and the options were.

They fixed our original roof leak but our roof started leaking again in the exact same location just 21 months later. We were unfortunately out of town, a family friend told us about the leak, and didn't call RoofStar out until we got back a couple weeks after the 2 year warranty expired. They wanted over $400 to fix their original work and told us that because it was a couple weeks past the 2 year warranty, they wouldn't cover the cost.

I pleaded my case since it happened before the warranty expired but they said we should have reached out to them before the warranty expired. First of all it happened before the warranty expired and second of all we called them out 2 weeks after a 104 week warranty expired. That's just bad customer service and proves money is more important than keeping customers.

They may be a little cheaper than everyone else but know that you're getting cheaper work done on your roof. I wouldn't recommend unless you plan on selling the house and pawning the future work on the next resident.

These guys are wonderful to work with. Mike Rine in particualr is knowledgable, kind, effecient, and the BEST roofer I have ever met. We were trying to sell my dad's house on his behalf as he is elderly and moved to a senior community. The roof needed some work in order to get it up to speed for the MLS. Two roofers came out and said we needed a whole new roof to the tuns of $14K.

No thank you! Mike came out and said we can take care of all the little things that will make this roof pass inspection, but without being dishonest to the potential buyers. Legitimate things were taken care of. When the buyers asked for a couple more things to be done, RoofStar came out again at no additional charge. I found their work to be way above the norm, and I would recommend them to anyone.

In fact, during the inspection, the buyer's inspector was careless when he went on the roof, and broke 2 more tiles just by clomping around up there, and even though that was NOT our olbiation to fix, Roofstar came out and did it at no charge just to help us get through the sale without issue. Who can ask for more? Mike took before and after pics to pass along to the buyers and we are heappily closing on the house in two weeks. Roofstar was great! You'd be wise to use them.

Jeff found problems we knew were wrong with our roof that other Roofers who inspected & gave proposals missed. He was very straight forward, honest & always making sure our questions were answered. He & his crew showed us materials being used & explained everything! He got on the roof during the work to make sure things were going right.
