Besides shingle roofs, tile roofs are another popular roof type here in sunny Arizona. Tiles themselves can last as long as 50 years, but it is the underlayment that wears out and needs to be replaced every 18-22 years.

Patio roofs commonly last 8 - 12 years depending on the original material and the sun exposure so replacing your patio roof before your shingle or tile roof is normal. We are one of a handful of companies that installs the modified bitumen using the torchdown process. We still use this process as it is more cosmetically appealing and longer lasting than the cold process of Peel N Stick.

Leak repairs are our specialty. We fix the most obvious sources of water entry first to narrow down possibilities the water can travel. This minimizes costly repairs and re-roofs up front. You only want to fix what you absolutely have to fix without going overboard and re-roofing the entire roof.

Shingle Re-roofs

Re-roofing a home can be overwhelming but we try to make it as seamless as possible. When we re-roof a home, we do not stop until we are done. Some companies will have a tear off crew, then load the material, and then send another crew back to roof it however that fits into their schedule.
