Kris from Richfield plumbing was extremely helpful. We have been living with an issue and due to lack of access we were dreading calling another plumber (we actually had another Plummer come out prior to Kris and he was unable to resolve the issue). Well, the issue is resolved AND he helped set us up for success in the future. Highly recommend!

Critical: Responsiveness I attempted three times over four weeks to to have Richfield Plumbing to come and give me an estimate to replace some drain and vent pipe in my kitchen remodel job. I got no calls back to schedule the technician for the estimate. I would not waste my time attempting to contact them.

I was quoted more than double the cost of replacing the guts of two toilets by a company who shall remain nameless. After communicating and photographing my problems to Mike via email and having Dominic over to assess the situation, it became clear to me that so many companies have an unscrupulous, arbitrary rate system. Mike gave me their up-front hourly rate and an estimated time frame needed to complete the job.
He is an excellent communicator which is necessary in performing any job with skill. Dominic performed the plumbing and made short work of it. The two of them saved me a lot of stress and money. They've earned my trust and I will always call on Richfield Plumbing for future issues.

We recently used Richfield Plumbing Co. and had an issue where the plumber (Dominic) came out twice to fix a bathtub drain. We were billed for two separate visits (including travel time) with no break on the rate - despite the issue not being fixed the first time. In essence, Richfield double-dipped with their billing. I had explained this to the manager (Mike) who seemed unsympathetic. So I would not recommend using them.

Brian from Richfield Plumbing was beyond fabulous! He knew exactly what needed to be done to fix our kitchen drain. He also took the time to fix our trap which was never installed correctly to begin with. No song and dance, very reasonable and high integrity. A totally pleasant experience and very professional. I would very highly recommend Richfield Plumbing. They are my new "go to" plumber. I wish I would have known about them several years ago!

Two critical qualities differentiate this outfit - Trustworthy and fair. No, they may not be the cheapest service you might dig up, but they're fairly priced and were very professional. In the midst of the pandemic, the last thing I wanted was a stranger coming into my home (and my master suite bathroom), after I'd carefully isolated for 7 weeks. It turns out my usual handyman was uncomfortable wearing a mask, had been in and out of supply shops without protection, and now had "the sniffles." These folks came recommended by two different members of my exercise network.
They were masked and bootied, kept their distance, and sanitized the area after their work was done. And they weren't just going through the motions with all these precautions. They seemed to genuinely appreciate the need to protect themselves from possible contamination just as much as the customer. Yep, plumbers don't come cheap, but sometimes you just need one.
When you do, fair and trustworthy is probably the best place to put your money. And I'd sooner support these honest, small shops than the big ones with all the expensive TV ads. A usually cranky, but now satisfied customer here.

I ended up canceling because of complete lack of professionalism. The first time a plumber came out and diagnosed the problem and said that he would ask their "person" to call me to schedule the fix. This "person" never did and when I called, I found out that the plumber had not turned in the paperwork. It was a week. I let it go due to the pandemic and scheduled for Tuesday morning and set up appointments for Tuesday afternoon.
Now I'm being told, I was told the appointment was for morning or afternoon and I should have been available the whole day for the plumber to arrive. I ended up canceling afraid that this kind of professionalism would endanger my plumbing. And they STILL have not invoiced me and I'm not in their system for any prior work done.

Had Richfield Plumbing out to give me a quote on venting a bath sink. The man who quoted it called me we spoke- He said they would need to return the home with another Individual to determine the best way to go about venting the bath sink. All good- Never heard from the company after that. I assume Richfield Plumbing is not interested in the work.
So I had to hire another plumbing Company to do the job. 7 months and 9 days later I get a bill in the mail for $524.90 Bill says the plumber pulled off the sink from wall (which was held on by 4 screws) and the vent will need to be redone. I've never ever heard of calling for a quote- the quoting process gets half way done and getting a bill 8 months later.
Owner calls 2 days later to discuss - the Owner asks to split it, because regardless of what happened the plumber showed up to the house and has "time" in it. Cant help but feel I got the short end of the stick on this transaction. I hate giving bad reviews, but where I work we would never charge a customer like that. Im not saying this is a bad Company or they do bad work.
But my job/quote IN MID PROCESS got lost in the mix, and 7 months later I get a bill. I would be glad to remove this review if i get the $250 put back on my card. If not - That's my experience with Richfield Plumbing Co.

Kitchen faucet install: Just called for a quote to save you the trouble: $139/hr, minimum one hour, charged in 15 minute increments after first hour. Time starts when they leave their shop until they return to their shop- so you better hope the traffic isn't bad. Extra for parts. For comparison, Home Depot quoted me a straight $149 for a kitchen faucet install.
