We used Aqua City for the first time today, and they will forever be our go-to plumbing service. Dave V was knowledgeable, professional, and an extremely nice guy to boot! We couldn't have been happier with the service and would highly recommend Aqua City. Thanks, Dave, for the stand up work and the kindness you showed with our bill.

After calling three different companies I tried Fast Response and they were the only company that said they could come out within the hour and have it fixed at the regular rate. Since it was Friday afternoon and almost 4 o'clock my options with the other companies were to wait until Monday or pay a ridiculous emergency fee. My kitchen sink was clogged with no hope of draining even after several of my own attempts. Adrian was at my door 30 minutes after making the service request. He was very professional. He cleared the clog and showed me where it was at as well as educate me on the harmful effects of drano. I will definitely use this company again.

HORRIFIC. I called Aqua City because I wanted a quote on what it would cost to disconnect my old Rheem H2O water heater and hook up my new AO Smith H2O water heater that I had purchased myself. They told me that they couldn't give me a price, or any kind of price range, over the phone because they would have to look at the job first. They told me that there would be a $79.00 charge just to come out and then when we had the work done they would take $79.00 off the final price.
I agreed to have them come out because I believed that it would end up costing about $200-$300 to have it installed. They said they would arrive at 10:30 - 11:30am and they didn't end up showing up until 2:20pm AFTER I called them to inquire if they were still coming out. The plumber that came out (he mentioned that his name was Dave and that he was the owner) wrote me up a quote for $1,569.00 to disconnect my current water heater and hook up the new one. $1,569!
I was astonished that he believed that I would pay that price. After I told him that the price was way too high he handed me a bill for $79.00 for a service charge. The Aqua City plumber (Dave) seemed like a very nice gentleman but I truly believed that he was trying to take advantage of me because he felt as though I had no other options. I ended up going to Home Depot and spending $49.82 on parts and installed it myself.
I was really nervous about initially installing it which I why I called Aqua City in the first place. It took me about an hour to do and my neighbor came over and helped me ensure there were no gas or water leaks. I am writing this review so that others can be sure to check prices first and do their due diligence before they commit to Aqua City.
