I got tired of repairing my asphalt driveway and decided to just replace it with concrete. Went through many bids and different types of information. This company stands out for these reasons: - Responsive to their customers, even on this review page. Sometimes they don't get back right away and can be hard to reach. I understand they have a lot of projects. going on.

So I'll keep trying. : - Price. They were fair on the price, given their reputation. They weren't the most expensive and weren't the cheapest bid. - Warranty. They stand by their work and have 1 year warranty. - Fast! They demo and got done all on the same day. Cleanup was slow because the concrete truck inadvertently broke the sidewalk, so they had to replace that.

And the broken pieces weren't picked up until like a week or so. I felt bad for the guys had to break up the sidewalk by hand in order to replace it. - They use long rebar! A lot of other bidders were trying to convince me that it's not needed. Basically trying to save a buck. They attached the rebar into the apron that I already have created. - Very detail on the job.

The crew were literally standing on their toes to make sure everything is good to the best of their ability. The cons: - Concrete was not perfect. Very minor imperfections but that's the risk when rushing into getting it done before it dries. Was hoping to get some minor fixes but they explain to me it wouldn't hold, even if they do a patch. I was satisfied with their answer.

Nothing is perfect. - Communication could improve. Maybe hire an assistant that can help out mitigate questions and stuff like that. They were quite responsive during the job. Thank you for that! - Sprinkler head damage. I should've marked them. I was able to fix them all though. Be aware of things on your property may get damaged if it's close to the driveway.

I'll have to fix some of the landscaping around the driveway. Obviously the grass will get misplaced or die around it. Overall I am quite satisfied with my new driveway and appreciate all their hard work! A lot of people ask me for their contact info. It took a lot of research and glad I picked them.

I worked with Garage Floor coating to do our 3-car garage. Their salesman Nick was good and very knowledgeable when he came out to quote the job. Then my wife and I met them at their showroom so we could see what the end product would look like. Once we picked the color and scheduled the job. They suggested renting a container to move everything from the garage into for the job and that worked out great. The team all did a great job and we are very happy with the end product.

After some water damage in the basement we replaced our carpet with a Liquid Stone epoxy floor. Love the results. the basement is quieter - and I love the colors. The crew was very responsive and answered all the questions I had. The crews were courteous and were very clean. I would recommend Garage Floor Coating. In fact, I am having them come back to coat my laundry room.

The experience was great from the salesman coming to the house for the estimate all the though to the finished product. We did have a small issue with the clear coat on the garage floor but they sent a crew out less then 12 hours after I notified them to fix the issue. Final product looks amazing and i wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to them.

They did a great job. Josh was great to deal with and the 2 installers were polite and friendly. They completed my 3 car garage in 2 days! Everything looks great and there was minimal dust. An overall great experience.

Poor quality. Worse customer service. Do not use this company. The warranty or "guarantee" is not a warranty or guarantee. It's a money grab. Worst financial decision we made with our home was to use these guys. Run from this company. Buyer beware. **Update** The GFC solution was for us to pay for them to come out and look at the problem. 7 separate email communications with someone in the main office and "all repair calls warranty and non-warranty are subject to a non refundable fee". 2 additional emails from the owner and the situation remained unresolved.

We were set on letting this go until last week I received a solicitation call and email asking me if we had "any new upcoming concrete coating or polishing jobs that we'd like to receive bids or estimates on." It's clear no one looked at any notes before calling and emailing, again showing zero awareness of the GFC poor service issues.

I had Garage Floor Coating refinish our floors expressed concerns of floor being slippery. The sales representative Joe convinced me to go with the minimum grit when I had selected medium grit. In the first 2 weeks had 5 people slip or fall on the floor. Advised the company and they said I either need to upgrade to a better package or pay them to come out to re-coat.

Absolutely would not support what they sold me, I would highly recommend not using this company as they don't care about their customer just upgrading to a better flake. Their comment was it looks good so they did their job.

Absolutely LOVE our new granite colored floor in our 3 car garage which had a 25 yr old beginning to decay floor. We chose the platinum package and Art and his crew made it look brand new again. They were simply awesome. Very friendly and didn't get annoyed while I watched the whole process. (I'm really inquisitive and like to see how the process goes). I'd highly recommend using this company. They didn't disappoint. Sales person was "Dave". Excellent as well.

Just had my Man Cave floor in Inver Grove Heights done by Garage Floor Coating of Minnesota.

Working with the GFC Staff was fantastic. We were very impressed with the communication part of it. We just did a kitchen remodel and wished that working with all the other companies could have gone so well. Can't wait to show the family and neighbors. It will make our graduation party in the garage that more pleasant!

Great communicators. Returned e-mails and phone calls immediately. Let us know in writing, e-mail, and phone calls exactly what to expect and when to expect them. They were there on time (even though we live over two hours from Twin Cities), professional, friendly, conscientious, and did exactly what they said they would. Could not be happier.

We are very happy with our Diamond grade floor that was installed last September (2015). Our 1989 two car garage had considerable pitting and cracking, the repairs have held up wonderfully, frankly better than I had hoped - I work in civil engineering and understand how hard it is to repair old concrete that is resting on an old base built on poor clay soils.

Installed the diamond coating in our brand new town home late November. Looked beautiful but never saw it as Winter hit and we have 4 cars in a double car garage home. Finally ready to open up and have a grad party this weekend and floor looks HORRIBLE.

I just had my garage floor coated by GFC of MN. It looks so beautiful that I am delaying putting anything (including my car) back in it! I found the staff to be friendly, efficient and professional. One of their crew even asked me what I wanted to do about the sewer clean-out, a detail that I had completely overlooked.
