Owner and Operator of Whitetail Hardwood Floors, Rob Welp has been in the hardwood flooring and contracting industry for over 15 years. A frame to finish carpenter, he began his career with a small family-owned flooring company of true craftsman. Working mainly on high-end homes, new construction, and remodels, he learned the trade with precision and artistry.

After several years, Rob extended his skill set as a contractor building and remodeling decks and fences, honing custom trim and millwork technique, and expanding his overall expertise of wood installation and finish throughout a build. Inevitably his passion and talents drew him back to hardwood floors.
