Cork is beautiful and incredibly sustainable floor covering option. Made from the outer bark of the cork oak tree, cork is carefully harvested once every 9 years, allowing new bark to grow in its place and without ever damaging or killing the trees. It's not unusual to have a 200 year-old tree still producing cork bark. Cork organically repels dust, germs and mold.

Keia arrived a day early, when I wasn't there, measured for carpet (I EXPRESSLY said I didn't want carpet). Left me a message letting me know I wasn't there (on the WRONG day) and that she measured for carpet anyway. I returned her call letting her know she came a day early and that I didn't want carpet. She never returned my call. It made me wonder about the professionalism of the company. When I voiced my concerns I was told by Keia that people make mistakes and if I didn't like it too bad. WOW! How rude! Needless to say I went with another flooring company.

We were really impressed by the service we received. We were given a short explanation of different kinds of carpet. We had help deciding which kind of carpet our lifestyle would require. They made an appointment for measuring the size of our rooms. They were here exactly the time of our appointment. The carpet only took one week to arrive. It was installed right on time The installers left no remnants and all was cleaned up. We were really impressed by this company.

Excellent customer service and extremely knowledgeable staff. Doing a recent remodel and Keia and her team were all wonderful and helpful in helping make a decision. Allowing sample checkout and non pushy sales tactics had us come back to them multiple times and eventually making our purchase through them for new engineered wood floor. Would recommend to anyone looking for any new flooring.
Great prices compared to others across the metro. EDIT: have used them a couple more times, one for our main level flooring and Phil and his team did the demo and install too. They definitely do everything to make the experience a great one.

I highly recommend Lakeside! Professional, courteous, reasonably priced, and completed the job on time. Phil answered all our questions as first-time floor buyers prior to the installation and kept in contact. with us throughout the process to make sure we were happy. Neal and his team did an amazing job installing our new maple hardwood floor and stairs. The pictures do not do them justice. They completely transformed the look of our home. We are vey happy customers!

We had Lakeside recommended to us by the contractor who remodeled our friends home. We found them to be very easy to work with and their pricing was very competitive. We had them put in a new luxury vinyl plank floor. We were also having new counters put in which created a bit of a logistics issue but, Lakeside's installer was fantastic in. working around the granite people making sure they had room to do their job as well. All in all - fantastic! Thank you! Our floor looks great and we couldn't be happier with the service we got from Lakeside.

All the people at Lakeside along with their installers were great to work with. I loved their attention to detail and the excellent job they did. Our entire main level was emptied out for them to do the demo and install which they estimated would take 5 to 7 days and they got it done in 4 days! They did an excellent job and allowed us to get our home back in order a lot sooner.

Phil and his crew did a great job. I just bought a house that needs a bit of work. The hardwood floors were the first major update. They put down 6 or so stains that we wanted to preview and the floors look great. They also took measurements of the rest of the house so we would be ready to add carpet once we were ready. Lakeside came highly recommended and I'd like to pay the recommendation forward.

We had our ceramic floors removed and hardwood installed. The installers did a fantastic job. They had a timeline and worked diligently to keep to it. They offered ideas for making our home and new floors look their very best. They were extremely respectful, fun and did a fantastic clean-up at the end. Phil and Bruce were always available for questions. We highly recommend Lakeside Flooring. They pay attention to the details and make sure you are highly satisfied.
