I found a huge puddle under my kitchen sink and had to call someone out right away, and on a Sunday! Johnny came and handled most of the repair, then Ryan came to help him finish it. Both were friendly and professional. Ended up I had several issues to resolve since it's an older home, and they handled all of them! Definitely recommend them and would use them again.

In the midst of all the chaos happening with the freeze, Jim and Steve came to our rescue driving through the night to deliver us a truckload of tankless water heaters. As some may not know, the demand for tankless water heaters in Texas is incredibly high right now due to the damage that occurred from the freeze.

Platinum was referred to us by our friends, and they lived up to their reputation of doing good work and being professional. We had a pretty bad clog and an old broken cast iron pipe that needed to be replaced. Our plumber was Nick. On time, every time, and very knowledgeable and professional.

We came home from an out-of-town family visit last night to a flooded garage. We had a leak which turned out to be a puncture in the 1 copper water main running from the shutoff valve outside the house to the water heater in the garage. It was just the way the original builder used nail-in clamps to secure the water main in the garage ceiling and maybe some recent earthquake motion. Anyway, we called Platinum Plumbing Services on recommendations from 2 of our neighbors and Carlos Castaneda and his helper Silvestor had us back in business in an hour and a half from when they arrived this afternoon. They did good work, quickly for a fair price. We highly recommend Platinum Plumbing Services.

Jim was a real pleasure to work with, he got his team over to my house right away. We were having issues with the sink leaking and water spilling all over the kitchen. It was already getting late but I called anyway and they were able to get over and get it fixed right away. My roommates and I were happy we could finally do the dishes and landlord was glad there was no water damage. I have used Platinum Plumbing for a few of the problems that we had in our building. The technicians are top quality and very helpful. Jim; aside from being on top of all the work that is needed, he keeps me updated if there are any problem that he sees for future issues. His estimates are always free and he sticks to those estimates. He installed a eye wash set up from my employees and he not only made sure it was what I wanted but made sure that after installation was done that I was happy with my choice. He is the best!
