Martin handled our repipe quickly with minimal damage or mess. for a reasonable price! All big jobs have unexpected snags, but they took care of everything without charging us more. When you work with Precision Plumbing, you're speaking with the owner/operator who cares about your project.

Martin is a skilled and knowledgeable plumber who is punctual and organized. He is as adept at managing his schedule, planning and returning phone calls (a rare find these days) as he is at diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues. Excellent, superb, incredible and that is saying mildly. Martin, the owner of precision plumbing came to my rescue when I was dealing with an emergency leak at my house. Feeling anxious that I may be faced with extensive water damage, I put my faith in Martin and he did not let me down. His service was exceptionally fast and he took care of the leak right away.

He was very professional, knowledgeable, competent and diligent, outlining in detail what he would do to fix the leak. Throughout the whole process I was regularly kept up to date with progress and advised of any potential risks. This really was an unbeatable service from start to finish. This company has great follow up. I called to have a wax ring replaced, promptly received a call back and scheduled the work to be done. The scheduled time was a 2 hour window, but the plumber showed up within a couple minutes of the start of that window which was great. The plumber got right to work and was finished with the job in no time at all.

Best of all he guaranteed he work unlike the person who installed the toilet originally. I certainly learned that if you need plumbing work done, get a professional plumber, like this one.

I had an emergency service needed when a line in my upstairs shower broke and was running water all over my bathroom. They came out ASAP and got the job done at a fair price.

I love my house! and we have put a lot of time and effort into making it a place that we love coming home to. So I don't want to let just anyone into my house. Service people are notorious for slopping mud and foot prints across your carpet floors etc. We all know how frustrating that can be.

I was so grateful that when I called, Martin the owner, answered the phone and was able to come out the same day to my house. He was on time, very professional and courteous. He was able to quickly locate where the problem was and he got his crew out to help fix the leak. FINALLY! An honest plumber! I called and spoke with Martin. He ended up coming over 2 hours later, with some equipment and did the job quickly. He wasn't rushed, he just knew exactly what was wrong. Plumbing isn't rocket science, but its not exactly a crap-shoot either. He fixed the sink within 45 minutes, and 112$ later, was off.
