Lance of Lance Ritchie Plumbing is an extremely responsive, professional, and very nice guy. One of his plumbers came out and fixed a leak in my toilet, and was also just as great. I can't recommend him and his company enough, and he now has a customer for as long as I ever need plumbing assistance. I needed to have a self-purchased water softener installed and got several bids for the work. Ritchie Plumbing won by a long shot! I had a unique situation where we wanted our water softener installed in between our furnace and water heater so that the brine tank was not out in the open taking up space. This required moving the appliances' condensation PVC pipes, moving the actual drain to a new location, and installing the softener.
The install was excellent and looked fantastic! In my other bids the PVC and drain move wasn't even addressed. I highly recommend Ritchie Plumbing to anyone that needs plumbing done. They have won my business for anything plumbing related!

Brian installed our Home Depot water softener, educated us on water hardness and how to properly use the unit. He was very nice and helpful with any questions we had. Although the water softener had a DIY instructional video, I've never been good with plumbing so I let the pro's handle it, and it was pretty expensive to have it installed. But all in all, I'm happy with his work. And if anything happens I can always call him for assistance. I would recommend him and his company to my friends.

Lance from Ritchie Plumbing is very personable, professional, and great at his job. He turned around a quote in 2 days, scheduled the job quickly, and showed up on time. He helped install a laundry sink in my garage and the work he did was incredible. My sink looks great, and the job was done with forethought of future pluming needs. We have an extra P-trap installed in case we want to install a water softener or water filtration system. I would highly recommend Lance from Ritchie Pluming!

Lance was prompt, friendly, and very informative. We had a water heater leak early in the morning and called him in hopes that he could see us the same day. Our water heater was repaired within 2 hours of me calling him and he charged us less than his original quote because it was an easier fix than he had expected. He explained the repair and told me what to watch for in the future. I would highly recommend Ritchie Plumbing and will be sure to call them in the future for any of our plumbing needs.

They answered call and were out within just a couple hours. As a Realtor, I'm always needing reliable people and when I needed a problem identified and for it to be repaired quickly they were able to do so. Great- nice guys came out- and they were not gauging me bc it was an emergency. I'll only call this company for any plumbing needs!

Wayne, Daniel, and their team are the most honest folks you'll find! They are trustworthy and give you what you need. Their team is timely in their response, and do high quality work from start to finish! We had our water heater replaced, and they not only gave us advice as to what would be best for us, they made sure it was a good value and price.

We went out of town and turned out water off without turning off the hot water heater and when we returned to Tampa our hot water heater was shot. We had a scheduled flight the next morning. Not only did they get someone over to us but Anthony was awesome! Very personable, knowledgeable and friendly. We had a great experience.
