One of best service experiences I have ever had. From beginning to end they were responsive and professional. Jeff the service man, was excellent in explaining our situation and what was needed to be done WITHOUT PUTTING ANY PRESSURE ON ME. Even encouraged us to go back to original installer if we wanted since it would be under some warranty. Wow, he wanted best for us even if it meant losing the service. I chose Jeff and he fixed everything to working order and cleaned up as well. I would not hesitate using them again or recommending them to anyone needed plumbing help.

Called Barker and Sons to come fix a main water line break. I have used them in the past for other services, including installation of a tankless water heater, and other smaller jobs. This job was a huge one, and I was not looking forward to the initial quote that I got. To be on the safe side, I contacted several other plumbers to get other estimates.

At the end of the day, I decided to go with Barker and Sons, and I was happy that I stuck with them to do the job. They did it quickly, professionally, and answered all of the questions that I had. The price was fair. They also went above and beyond and took care of some other minor repairs that were involved indirectly with the main line. They also did a fantastic job with the concrete repair.

If they could do this job, I am confident that they could handle any plumbing job that was thrown their way. I also have to give a shout out to Ryan and Daniel. Great work guys!

I called Barker & Sons to check for a gas leak (my usual plumber does not have the equipment for this service). I'm happy I called them for a few reasons. First, they were highly responsive. Their team that responds to customer inquiries was professional and called back when they said they would. They were also very informative regarding scheduling for the appointment.

When my technician James K arrived, he was thorough in checking my appliances and lines, only to find out it was an easy fix. To ensure I didnt go through the trouble of calling him out for something so simple, he checked a few other things for me as well. very friendly and knowledgeable. Great job and would absolutely recommend James and Barker & Sons.

Barker and Sons Plumbing & Rooter replaced approximately 35 feet of leaking, galvanized drain pipe with ABS and all the required connectors. Very professional, helpful and efficient. Explained everything very thoroughly. Easy to understand and very good natured. This company is a class act from the office to every plumber we interacted with, I'd recommend them to everyone. This company was excellent from start to finish. Missy handled the scheduling with the best customer service I've experienced anywhere. When Mike arrived he quickly identified the problem, gave me a very reasonable quote, and went to work. I had to leave during the process but by the time I got home he had fixed all of my plumbing issues. He was a total professional and took care of everything! I have had several plumbers out throughout the years because I have an old house with old plumbing and this by far was the best experience!

Excellent communication from the scheduling office on when they would arrive. The team of Danny and Giovanni were efficient and changed out an old gas valve fitting and flex connection. An issue with the old dryer pipe was quickly resolved by knowing exactly what to do and everything worked out perfectly. Great teamwork and front office support makes Barker and Sons Plumbing my new go-to problem solver.

I called Barker and Sons Friday night and was able to get an appointment the very next day. Thank you Missy for being such a positive and sweet person, it made my day. Thank you Jeff and Danny, you were very professional from start to finish. I was so impressed with the quality of work and the reasonable prices I signed up for a club membership. I felt really taken care of and that is rare with skilled trades. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

I have used Barker and Sons several times over the last few years. I've recommended them to my mom, and she has been pleased as well. I had a major issue with roots in my main line. Derek came out and diagnosed the problem and offered me options for repair. He was incredibly patient and empathetic as he explained the situation. Derek, Luke and the install team were professional, communicative, and skilled. They fixed the problem and installed a liner that will prevent this problem from happening again. We had an emergency situation with drains backing up from a clogged sewer pipe. I called Barker & Sons and spoke to Tiffany who took my information in a very understanding and professional manner. The plumber arrived within a reasonable time, his name was Jeff, he was very professional and took his time to make sure he mapped out the plumbing system.

In a short time he got through the clod and had the water running and draining. This truly was the best experience I have ever had. The next day (Sunday) Derek came out and ran a camera through the whole sewer system and gave it a clean bill of health. Both service guys were truly the best I have used and the price was reasonable. Highly recommended Barker & Sons.

Update 12/31/21: Another great experience with Barker and Sons! Christian helped me out this time and did a great job with my clogged drain. I am always so thankful for the Barker Team. They are friendly, communicative, and flexible. Thanks again! I called Barker and Sons with a same day emergency clogged drain initially. They had their service tech Matt out to help me within 5 hours, which was really convenient. Matt was professional, kind, communicative, and knowledgeable.

I had a few other issues for him to look at while he was there and he really helped me understand what I needed to do. He came back about a week later to install a new water heater for me. The area where the old one was located was a mess and he cleaned up everything and installed the new one beautifully. I was really impressed with all levels of service from Barker and Sons! Orlando was the best, he did a great job! Even though it was 5 PM he got it fixed same day within 2 hours tops, to hall out and replace our water heater, very professional! It's cold this time of year and not having hot water was a mess, so glad he made it a priority to fix it that same night! Thank you so much Orlando, would highly recommend this company! I called to have them look at updating my shower controls and tub faucet. They were leaking very badly when I would turn the water on and the tub faucet wouldn't redirect the water to the shower head very well as it had tons of mineral build up. The faucet and controls were likely the original setup when the unit was built in 1978. Gabe was very friendly, he explained the different options and the process that would be involved to update the shower.

They have a nice standard pricing schedule to do everything, which was really nice. If you like haggling probably not the best for you;-. Everyday he was supposed to come I would receive notices from the main office on his status and projected arrival time, very convenient. I am happy with everything thing they did the shower looks good, the water doesn't spray all over the place coming out of the tub spout.

I was told that if there are any issues with the work they did everything is guaranteed for 3 years and they'll come back and fix it. I could have supplied my own controls, but. I chose to just use theirs. They also replaced a bunch of the frozen control valves for the sinks and toilets in the unit. Another really great part of the process were the before and after photos of everything they did. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a plumber. Gabe and his assistant were great. My backyard was flooded due to the rain today. Company was on the top of situation was able to come and fix the problem. Derek was superb! He explained the problem clearly and recommended the solution precisely, easy for me to understand. Company has the state of art equipments to pinpoint the problem caused. I was able to see the crogged pipe with the camera. They fixed the problem and now I can sleep peacefully. Thank you, Derek!

I called in despair - run a restaurant and our water heater went down right before opening! Alice was amazing at getting all my info quickly and accurately and knew the urgency of my call. Second time I have used this company and I'm grateful for their services. They are always professional and courteous, from when you call to the actual service. The technician is never in a hurry and is able to explain the issue, as well as provide some education on the matter. Tyler was the technician on this latest service call and was great, being prompt and polite.

A manager also came by and assisted with the use of a camera. This person was very experienced and again provided some education that allowed me to better understand the issue.

Our service specialist, Ray D., did a wonderful job of debugging the odor problem we had in our garbage disposer. Ray investigated the problem and determined it was due to the improper installation of the hose leading to the garbage disposer.

Dominic was a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job (along with his co-workers) replacing and installing water piping. He was even creative in coming up with an easier, less costly way of replacing large stone with a row bricks.

Will was great. He came out promptly, very knowledgable. Fix what was required. He fit right into the family, very friendly. Very patient when we had to wait for the City Water to come out. We would call again for service.

The guy replaced the wax ring pretty fast. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. AND-- guaranteed for 6 months. Thanks

Of course the toilet backs up on a holiday. Johnny was out and had things working with in minutes. Our family has been sold on Barker and Sons for years.
