Critical:Professionalism, Responsiveness Called at 8AM, was told they would be out in the afternoon. At 5pM I called to see what the issue was, no response. No call, no show. Won't use them again.

Andy's plumbing did a fantastic job! Andy installed a new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. He cleaned off the debris under the old faucet deck plate before putting in the new faucet. He scrubbed the old plumber's putty off under the old quick lock trim set before he put in the new trim set to ensure we had no leaks. He explained how to fill the new soap dispenser, unlock the aerator (so we'd know how if it was needed in the future), and how to use the special wrench on the disposal when we have clogs.

He cleaned up his work area and took out the old equipment/trash, when he was finished. I highly recommend Andy's plumbing. He paid attention to the small details and thoroughly explained and educated me on things I needed to know about my new faucet and disposal. He was prompt and completed his work in a timely manner. I also liked the $10 off coupon.

So their we were; trying to change a shower head, it should have been a simple thing to do; right? Well one broken pipe buried in a wall later! I'm calling Andy's Plumbing. I was grateful That he was having a slow day he came out and hour later did a bunch of measuring and then cut a hole in my wall found the twisted off pipe. It was copper; not this rubber stuff they use now days.

Anyway he use a pipe cutter took a section out; then took the shower arm off and replaced it then reconnected it welded back the copper pipe attached a wood anchor arm on to the pipe so this wouldn't happen again, tested it then resealed the wall. He was so carful when cutting out the Sheetrock that it was able to be reused! I definitely recommend calling ANDYS PLUMBING

Sent Andy an email on New Years day and he was out to fix my water heater the next day. He was prompt and very professional. It was a little more expensive than I was hoping for the great service I don't mind paying extra and I would call him again in a heartbeat! Thanks Andy. from the chick now enjoying hot water again

We are having plumbing issues at work, we had Roto-Rooter out yesterday and my boss wanted to get a second opinion on the issue, so he asked me to call another plumber. I called Andy's Plumbing this morning and it sounded like I woke someone up, I told him what was going on and he said I'm sorry, I am not interested in that job WOW!

Andys plumbing did what Tiptons plumbing couldn't do was to unclog my tub, shower, sink and toilets After I had Tiptons plumbing come out to snake my clogged drain it only worked for 4 hours then my drain started clogging up again what a waste of money 475.00 dollars down the drain so my boyfriend said he wanted to try someone else and he checked the reviews on google and the review said Tiptons plumbing would over charge and didn't fix the problem. Omg, that's what happen in my situation I was over charged and they couldn't fix the problem so we went with Andys because They had a 5 star rating on google and I can see why.

They were on time and snaked my toilet at a reasonable price 350.00 They fixed the clogged that Tiptons plumbing couldn't do and at a cheaper price. My drains has still been working so far so good. I would recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing. I have used them again for my Hot Water tank. They are really hard working and honest people.

Clear communication and Professional. had these guys come out to run a camera and locator at a rent house for a sewer line. they came out same day and most importantly didn't try to price gouge like about 90% of the other plumbers in norman.

Andy's Plumbing doesn't tell you your going to have to be added to a list and it will be two days before he can come help you with your plumbing problems. Andy is always friendly and willing to help. We own several rental properties and Andy knows how important it is for us to keep our tenants happy. His work is top notch and he's always professional and courteous to our tenants.

His experience and knowledge always exceeds my expectations. I used to call a company with TV commercials that tell you they want to help but got tired of having to wait 24 hours and wondering if they would show up at all. CALL ANDY'S and stop waiting to have your plumbing problems solved.

My water heater broke and leaked water into the house onto my living room carper. I called Andy's Plumbing of Friday evening and he was here promptly at 9am on Saturday morning to replace my water heater and water vacuumed my carpet 2 times to get the excess water out of the carpet. He was all done by noon. I would recommend Andy to anyone who needs a plumber. He didn't mind coming out on a Saturday morning to take care of my problem. He was very efficient and polite and caring.
