We had 14 windows and window cranks to be replaced in our home. Working with Chris and Brian was a great experience. They are detail oriented, courteous, professional and timely. Not only have we had the windows done, I had them fix our sliding glass door a couple of years ago. This too was a job well done, quick and reasonably priced! I would like to say that "Window and Glass Pros" saved my bacon. Before my wife left for a traveling work week she forbid me to play lacrosse in the back yard with my sons. Can you believe she thought we would break something. Disregarding her loving instructions, my sons and I went to the backyard for some lacrosse practice. Needless to say my son (not me) broke our sliding glass door with a lacrosse ball.
I immediately got on the web and found "Window & Glass Pros". Not only were they courteous on the phone but they actually listened to the predicament I put myself in. These guys are good, they gave me a great price and the door could be fixed before my wife returned. Like I said these guys saved my bacon. Highly recommended.

Slow and dishonest technician. I had 3 window panes replaced by widows and glass pros. The first two panes were replaced on 10/28/21. The 3rd was located near the front door so the technician said they needed to order tempered glass because of the location. He said he had the dimensions and would get it ordered. I gave him my credit card number for payment. 1 weeks later I get a call from their office saying my card isn't going through.
I immediately give them a call back and leave 2 messages for them to call me back. I don't hear from them again until Dec 28th. It turned out the technician wrote down my credit card number wrong. A few days later they send out another guy to retake measurements which they should have had. He then tells me it'll take 5-20 business day to get the glass.
I was fine with that and payed the deposit cash since they had problems writing down card numbers for payment. Anyways a few weeks go by and the tech finally comes and replaces the front window pane. I pay him the remaining balance in cash as they aren't competent enough to use a credit card. Now today 1/25/22 I get a call asking me for a remaining balance that I already paid.
The technician is saying that I would call in the payment. They need to get new honest reliable technicians. I also will never do business or recommend them to anyone looking to get glass relaced. Jared Wilcken

We hired WINDOW & GLASS PROS to install 2 new shower glass doors. The salesman was personable and the order went smooth, however the time it took to make and deliver was 2 months. I had the doors installed and 6 months later one of the glass doors is now scraping the tile and needs to be adjusted. I called to make an appointment and the best they could do was 1 week for fixing it.

Oh my god. I am sorry I have to write this review. I called in just to check on my estimated date of when the job can be done. The representative actually yelled at me, saying the he has no idea how long it gonna take, he doesn't want to deal with this whole thing right now. I am personally in customer service industry, I understand people tend to questioning stuff because customers don't have any idea about how your industry works.
You explain it to them, that's it. You don't come back and blame the customer don't know anything, and tell them you have no idea how long a job can be done, this is very unprofessional for a business. We all know it takes longer for anything now cause of Covid, we learn to deal with it, not to yell at your customer.

I had a shattered sliding glass patio door, and Window & Glass Pros was able to schedule me for a glass replacement within a day of my request. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and efficient. They were upfront and fair in their pricing - no hidden fees or surprises. The end result looked great. This is the final installment of my story. I was told I'd be first job of the day today. At 10:15, I called and was told the installer would be at my home at noon. At 12:38, the installer called and said he'd be at my home in an hour. He arrived at 2. He installed my shower enclosure and was very nice, but the door is short and it doesn't look right.
He didn't offer a very convincing reason as to why it is shorter. The whole enclosure fells very rickety. I will NEVER recommend this company and will NEVER use them again.

! First let me start by saying the work quality was great but not the service with this company! After the installer was done working he asked me if I had a vacuum which I thought was kind of weird but I just let them use my vacuum anyways come to find out he use my vacuum to clean up his mess up all the glass instead of their own that they should've brought and two he should've at least told me they were going to break the glass so I could cover up all my stuff I had glass all over my bed my comforter my floors I went downstairs to my backyard my rocks were covered with glass still I probably spent a good two hours picking up glass after this guy left I they weren't small pieces the biggest pieces I found were 2 to 3 inches long!
I'm not sure if it was because it was a Friday and the guy just wanted to get back home early but I called to let them know what happened and all they said was they would have the owner call us! UPDATED 11-17-2020 So the owner reached out to us and apologized for the quality of service we got and assured us that is not how they do business! And even offered us $100 back, Which was kind of nice we just wanted to let them know we weren't happy and they did the right thing and compensated us for having to clean up the mess which was really appreciated!

Ordered replacement glass on September 18, 2020. In October 2020, they returned but the glass had been measured wrong (1/4 too long) by their glass measurer and estimator. Had to take back and reorder glass with the correct dimensions. In November 2020, they returned but the glass manufacturer, had made the glass with the tint on the outside of the window rather than between the glass. Had to take back and reschedule to await new glass.
Early December 2020, they returned with now the correct glass, but the trim was incorrect. Had to come back on December 24, 2020 and FINALLY have the correct glass with the right trim. I requested the owner call me and just wanted a friendly chat with him on what was going on with his business, as obviously there are problems the owner should know about. Did he call me? Absolutely not! Never again will I deal with this company. Way too many screwups. How can you even afford to stay in business with so many costly mistakes?!

This has been a terrible experience. I called and set an appointment for a measure. Mario came right out (a day early!) and gave me an excellent price for a shower door. I never heard back from these folks, so I called and they took 50% down to order my shower door. I had to follow up again to see if it was ready and could be scheduled to be installed.

We hired this company to stall glass for our master shower. The rep, Kyle came out, took measurements and was not very friendly at first. He did end up being helpful and showed us some options for our master shower. We went with Window & Glass Pros because their turn around time was better than the other companies we called but, they were more expensive.
They guaranteed to have the glass installed in two weeks. We paid 50% down for the glass and after two weeks, WE had to call their office multiple times to find out a status of our glass. Last week, Friday, September 4th they came to install the glass in our shower. We had ordered four panels and one was a inch too big. Kyle showed us the order form that he submitted to order the glass and said the company cutting the glass made a mistake.
We didn't hear from anyone from their office with a apology or a status of the correct size panel. I had to call them, the lady I talked to was very nice and said that Kyle had not reported a problem but she would call him to see what's going on. She said their office manager Tiffany would call me and let me know what the plan was. no one called.
I called again and they informed me that they ordered the glass and on a rush order, Monday was a holiday so they would call me Tuesday with a ETA on when the glass. Again, no one called me on Tuesday. I called today and got the office manager Tiffany, she was not very helpful. She told me they ordered the glass on a rush order. When I pressed for more information she said that she doesn't handle the ordering and Kyle would called me.

We went into the office and over heard Kyle the technician on the phone with the owner of the company, yelling, swearing and making up a story that we changed the tile in our bathroom, which is absolutely not true. The owner looked up the order form and what size of glass was ordered and the size ordered was wrong. Come to find out the Office Manger Tiffany did not give us the correct information and the glass panel was NOT ORDERED YET.
If we wouldn't have gone into their office how much longer would it have taken to get our glass ordered. So we ended up paying MORE for the glass and it took LONGER than the other companies. Not the mention the poor customer service. The issue is not that a mistake was made, it was the way the mistake was handled.

1) The windows were installed without sealing the windows (to the wall) therefore we have open gaps. They should have put in foam where the window gapped with the wall. 2) Window and Glass Pros Only replaced three of the four windows we paid for. 3) We have called Window and Glass Pros several times and have been promised a remedy to the installed window and that they would complete the job.
We are then assured that everything will be taken care of, but never hear from them again. Very frustrating experience. I do not like leaving anything but positive reviews. however I am going to have to go to the Better Business Bureau with these folks and you should be aware.

The only reason I chose this company compared to another better company is that they used manual clips on glass panel which is more safe and secure than just silicon. Otherwise this company has rotten customer service. First issue is when they charged me for the 50% down payment they inadvertently added another digit to credit card and it came out to $5640 instead of $640.
Next issue was salesman said it would take about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks which seemed like a good selling point but it actually took 4 weeks to order and install. Third issue was the installer broke my porcelain tile and blamed it on a poor tile installation which is not true. My tile guy is the best in the industry. The glass installer hit a nail and was not careful.
So when they took glass door off they scratched another tile. Due to COVID19, project was delayed due to tile repair. And when the glass installer finally came to install on Monday May 18, the crew did not practice social distance policies. They did not wear masks or gloves and we had to ask them to wear booties. And the final straw was when I asked them about a vertical seal on the hinge side of door, they stated they do not put on any seals on frameless glass doors, only a sweep at bottom.
I have had several frameless glass doors installed and reputable companies will put in some sort of seal on openings around the door to prevent water from splashing out. So therefore let the buyer beware, if you want a cheaply installed product go ahead and try these guys. Otherwise don't bother. There are better and more professional glass installers in the Valley.

After much trepidation I selected Window & Glass Pros to remove and install a new frameless shower enclosure. I did read the previous reviews, some good, some pretty negative. Was I a little nervous, yes, but decided to give them a chance. One and 1/2 weeks later, it was installed. Kyle arrived pretty much on time, he was professional, courteous and pretty knowledgeable. Keeping my fingers crossed all is well when I take my first shower! Would I use Window & Glass Pros again, yes Would I recommend this company, yes Make sure you ask for Kyle for installation!

I got locked out of my house without my phone or spare and ended up breaking my glass door window to get in. This company had the glass ready to go for install.all the others wanted to come take measurements and then put in the order for the glass to be made which takes much longer. On top of this, their prices also do not "shatter" your wallet. Highly recommend, and shout out to Pat for doing a great job!

They don't show up for scheduled appointments. Blocked off entire Friday afternoon.they can't take an accurate phone number. They canceled appointment because they were running behind. Shouldn't make commitments they don't intend to keep. VERY poor customer relations. Not sure how the received a BBB A+ rating. Untrained personnel answering phones.not sure how they survive. Not recommended. Many other options.

I had a break-in happen and these guys helped me through every step of the way, were extremely courteous and friendly, and extremely quick at responding and planning. The staff here was so extremely helpful. With less than a week to closing on a house we had a break-in, and these guys were on it. Their customer service was no less than amazing, answering calls on weekends, getting crews out immediately, and getting my home secure again. Other companies were short and only wanted to quote me, not get a team out ASAP. These guys took the time to listen, understood my urgency, and were no less than amazing. 10/5 if I could!

The "estimator" underestimated the job by $480. I found out 5 days later, excuses after excuses. I then agreed to meet them halfway. The scheduler called me, we set a day & time, they were a no show / no call, when I called them more excuses. We made another appointment, the installer showed up, after removing my shower encountered a problem he couldn't resolve, I came up with a solution and if I didn't press him, the job would have been extended several more days.
The next day the installer returned, broke a piece & had to leave for a replacement. I checked on the job & was horrified, asked for the owner who made more excuses. I ended up finishing the job, they charged me full price & the owner Pat, never called to follow up. Beware of this company, unprofessional, put themselves first! I have photos, could go on, but. I agreed to this arrangement. They required my credit card information and when I asked them why they needed it in advance, they said that if I had to cancel for some reason and didn't give them at least a 24-hour advance notice they would charge my card $85. Ok.

This was my second attempt to try to get a bid from this company. Both times I had someone waiting around and they didn't show up. The first was leaving a message on the wrong telephone number. The second time today, they were supposed to come out between 11 and 2. At 155p I called and Jesse was supposed to call me with an ETA, after waiting 30 minutes for a call, I called and said just to cancel.
If it was going to be this difficult just to get an estimate, I can only imagine what a poor experience it was going to be. Buyer be aware. They don't respect your time or your money. Run, don't walk, from this company.

We had them replace two broken windows and install a new shower enclosure in our master bathroom. It look great and everything from ordering to installation went like clockwork. After the installation we had their sister window cleaning company, Squeeky Kleen Windows clean our window and it was the best window cleaning job we have ever had. After reading the first review on here I really checked them out so I would discounted that review.

I called these guys to get a quote to replace my window. After reviewing them with the BBB (A+ Rating) and getting multiple bids, I decided to go with them. The rep said they would need to come out to measure the window, but quoted me a price on the phone. When their guy came out they said the window location was much different than they thought and couldn't do it because they don't have scafolding. (A window company without scafolding.nice!) In the end, they suggested I call Glass Doctors so they could do the job because these guys couldn't. In reality, they underbid the job based upon assumptions they made which were inconsistent with anything I told them. Net-net, don't waste your time with these guys.
