Elite Windows & Doors Elite Windows and Doors originally established itself in the Arizona market with high-end, wood clad windows and doors and custom garage doors for the luxury home market. Today, Elite is Arizona's largest Windsor Windows distributor and custom garage door manufacturer. Achieving success in the custom luxury home arena requires attention to every detail, good communication and installation practices that meet old school craftsmanship standards.

Elite holds its employees to the highest of standards and demands the absolute best in craftsmanship on each and every project. While reviewing complaints about window companies on the Internet, Elite's owner Brian Delia, noticed that 90% of the homeowner complaints were about the installation process or that nobody would come back for adjustments or provide warranty service.

Services
Entry
Report
Your entry door, often referred to as a front door, is typically the most used door in your home. Get a good one, and get it installed right. This door is an exterior door, and typically is the most secure door in the house. Most people opt for a solid wood entry door, but other options include fiberglass, steel, wood, or glass.
Patio Doors
Report
Patio Doors encompass a large number of different types of doors. Generally, any door that leads to a patio could be considered a patio door. This would be different from an entry door in that typically a patio door allows you to bring the outside in by seeing through the door. As such Patio Doors, unlike an Entry Door, generally have glass in them.
Aluminum
Report
Light yet strong, aluminum windows can be configured into a wide variety of combinations. The narrowness of the frame places the focus is on the glass and subsequently, the view it offers. Multi-panel door systems are often made with aluminum frames to facilitate indoor/outdoor living.
Vinyl
Report
Modern vinyl windows are inexpensive, durable, and energy efficient. Gone are the problems of the past with the advent of more stable vinyl. Today's vinyl windows are an excellent option for window replacement. They are virtually maintenance free, and never require painting.
Replacement Windows
Report
When you are thinking about installing new windows, the most common concern we hear is cost. Choose wisely and this will be one of the best investments you'll make in your home. You can cut your energy costs as well as improve your home's resale value. Replacement windows can pay for themselves if you do your homework.

Ever wonder why a company only has a 2 star rating? That's because when their technician comes out and can't fix the problem, he just up and leaves! He doesn't bother to come into the business to say anything, just leaves. We have to call dispatch to find out that they "supposedly don't fix these types of doors and the technician should have told us that!" Great business model

This is the most unethical company I have ever dealt with after leaving messages with Marilyn and being told that she or Brian the owner would call me back I never received a call and said because my door was 3 years old that it was out of warranty and so they put my concern on the back burner. These people are not professional and only want money. Marilyn and Brian are not interested in customer service. I WOULD STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS TYPE OF ELITE SERVICE.

Dan installed a Casper screen on my French doors a couple weeks ago. I was pleased that he considered all the challenges around my particular door, and made suggestions with those in mind. After a solid install, a tour of the screen's features, and user tips to maximize longevity, I held off on reviewing until I had a chance to put them to use, which I am now and loving them. Nice job Dan and again thank you!

The store has a nice showroom and they're very attentive to you when you're looking to spend your hard earned money. Be warned that things change once they have your money, despite Ellis saying you should go with them over Home Depot because of their service.

DO NOT HIRE. Very dishonest people. We gave them a 5,000$ deposit for a remodel. After months of not hearing from them, we discovered they had declaired bankruptcy for their company "elite windows and doors" and reopened in the same location a month later as "elite architectural supply". They refuse to return our money or complete the contract. We have reported them to the Scottsdale police department.

I wish it was available to rate less than one star. Customer service at this company is the worst ever. Never returned and phone calls or emails, NEVER. I have a problem with a window that was installed incorrectly. Glass broke after few weeks. Its been over 3 months and i still have no replacement. I am reporting the Elite Windows to BBB for none existing customer service, and not honoring warranty. I suggest for anyone who is looking at this company for window / door replacement to look elsewhere. I wish I looked up reviews prior writing them a check.

I spent $13,000 on new windows with Elite. The minute the money was in their hands, they vanished. One of my windows was installed damaged and they will not come even take a look at it. I am also missing a screen door and they will not deliver it. I've been calling them over and over again for six months, and there is never any resolution. They also hired a contractor to repair the stucco after the window install.

A 3 days promise of completion turned into over two months with the contractor constantly missing work days. When he was done, he left all of his construction materials and scaffolding on my property for an additional 2 months. He also never came to check the finished product and never delivered the promised warranty. The sad thing is, I have more windows to replace and I will be using someone else because Elite cannot finish what they start.

Wish I could actually rate this company on its work but since no one called me back after three messages regarding a Getting a quote for new French doors I guess I can't. They must have too much business.

I left review (1) star 3 months ago I am still waiting for my cracked window to be replaced. No returned phone call, no emails. Next step is taking them to court. Again, do not use elite windows!

If you want a door that takes months to install correctly, a staff that won't return calls/has disconnected numbers/missed scheduled appointments, and enjoy being told to handle a door warranty yourself after they "cut ties" with the manufacturer then these are your guys!

Avoid this company at all costs. Once they take your money, you won't hear from them again. The ROC just cited this company for abandonment on my complaint. Hoping they will revoke their contractors license. The management is incompetent if not outright criminal. Best liars in the state! Terry A.

Daniel the sales rep was very nice but "forgot to give me a copy of the signed agreement". Next the measurement was to be done 1-2 weeks later for accuracy. Apparently when Daniel wrote our phone number down it was interpreted incorrectly leading to yet another phone call by me. Next the final measurement was then scheduled for 9 am. After 10 am Guy said he could not get here until 10:20 and thought he was scheduled for 10am.

I think this company has a serious management problem. I asked for a refund. Hmmm. This may go to the BBB as there is no professionalism or anyone in charge. I can only guess what the final product if ever installed would be like.

The store has a nice showroom and they're very attentive to you when you're looking to spend your hard earned money. Be warned that things change once they have your money, despite Ellis saying you should go with them over Home Depot because of their service. It started with them taking two months to actually receive the doors that we ordered.

They claimed the manufacturers were slow, and that's understandable, so we gave them a pass. When they came to install the doors nobody spoke passable English. The crew proceeded to frame the back door with the front door dimensions and were going to install a clear front door for the back of the house until I stopped them. After we got that figured out they proceeded to still install the back sliding French doors incorrectly. Requiring me to have Guy come fix them.

It took Guy a few missed scheduled dates before he finally came to repair the door. At that time we brought up a defect in the front door and he took photos and said he'd check with the manufacturer on the warranty. That was in early September. We've been playing phone tag with them ever since. Guy has actually had one disconnected number in the process.

The showroom will rarely answer the phone when you call. Guy had informed us that the manufacturer was going to replace the door for us, so we were relieved. That news came in September. Called Guy about two weeks ago and he informed us the new door would be in on Thursday and he could install on Saturday. Hallelujah, right? Wrong. He never called again and never came.

I called and left a few messages to no avail. I just received an email from Krista stating I would now need to call the manufacturer myself(what happened to the great service compared to HD?). I decide to call Guy at his new number and he lets me know that they had to cut ties with that manufacturer(wonder who broke up with whom?), so I now am stuck working directly with a manufacturer trying to get a 3k dollar door replaced. In short, DO NOT USE THESE FOLKS!

Daniel was very nice however how do you forget to give a client a copy of the sales agreement? Daniel also wrote our phone number down incorrectly so there was a delay in setting up a final measurement. Next Guy, who was to do the measurement was scheduled to arrive at 9am. At 10 am he said he could not get here until 10:20. He said he was told to be here at 10am.

I then asked for a refund from the office. She said I'll let "him" know. I hope this does not go to the BBB but there seems to be no one in charge. I would hate to think about the outcome of the doors if they had actually been installed. Poorly run business with no accountability.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! Do not use them and do not waste your money! The quality of the products, service, managers, install, etc are all poor quality. Since day one with this company I had to continue to call to get updates. Several times I was told that I would recieve a call back, twice was from the manager, and never recieved a call back.

The installers are not equipped with the correct tools, or any at all, and ask to use yours, or take them to use with out asking and they barely speak english. In my paperwork it specifically said not to haul away my previous door because it was a brand new door that came with the house we bought, but yet they took my door. Had to call to get them to give it back.

When it was finally returned it had several scratches on it so now i wont be able to resell it for the price i wanted to. The door and frame that was installed was of poor quality. The baseboards that go around door had water stains and dents all over them. Just a horrible horrible experience and I hope to save someone else from this tiresome experience that you will recieve with this company!

Fantastic professional company, we had our entire house done as well as some custom work. From the original estimate to the installation everything was well organized planned out and done. Leo and his crew were the best, the crew started on time every day, covered everything and cleaned up every night---no tools left out to trip on:. I would highly recommend this company, Leo and his crew! TTretter Ahwatukee

This review is for pricing only, not the product. I responded to add in news paper: 5 windows replaced for 25 payments of $98.00. (Includes tax & install) Per the ad the max size per window: 30 square foot. Do the math: 25 x $98=$2,450.00 or $490 per window. Four of my windows were under 30 SF and one was 36 SF and needed to be tempered which of course would cost more. Their.15 solar heat gain window tint is green.

My windows are bronze tint and bronze cost an extra $4 per window. Price per window was $537, $537, $896, $282 and $1,176. (prices rounded) The total I was quoted was $3,431.26. Lowes quoted me under $200 extra to temper a 36 SF window. I ask Elite Windows to re-quote but they never did.

We wanted to replace a wall in our kitchen/family room (comprised of a breakfast nook, door, and window) facing the backyard with as much glass as possible. We talked to Elite and one other vendor, and went with Elite. The entire wall was demolished and replace with two fixed and two sliding 8' patio doors. The end result matched our expectations (see photo), which is why I'm rating this as 5 stars, as this is the most important factor to me.

The bulk of the work was done in 3 days, however, completing the minor follow up work stretched the length of the project out to nearly 3 weeks. I would probably detract half a star for this. During this time I worked primarily with Nancy, the scheduler, and like the other reviewer I agree that she was very helpful and agreeable on every single call re: the followup work, working with me to schedule the work as quickly as possible, and deferring the final payment until everything was done to my satisfaction. Also, a shout out to Tomas, a friendly, courteous installer who was there throughout the entire process.

The good news is that we got the entry door we ordered and we're happy with it. After waiting three weeks for the door, the one that arrived was the wrong size, but the installer tore our existing door out before measuring. They patched it up for temporary security and got us another door in two days, so that was fine. The salesman said he would get us gift cards for the inconvenience, but those didn't arrive.

We got new windows and a patio door from Elite. The ordering process was very simple and the windows and door came in right on time. The install crew was in and out in a day just like they said they would be. I feel safer with my new windows and they have helped save me money on my utility bills compared to my old windows. Elite had the best price to offer for the job compared to other vendors I checked out. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Once again I want to thank Elite because yesterday I called and spoke with Nancy. She remembered me that was amazing, anyway I told her that I had a problem with the front window that they replaced. Her immediate reaction was an apology then she scheduled an appointment for the very next day. Their employee always courteous, professional and knowledgeable Francisco came this morning and repaired the window. Now folks this is how you run a successful business by wowing your customers!

We purchased windows in March 2015 and the job is still not finished. The product is outstanding and did exactly what they claimed it would do. But we're still missing a few items and that's where the low review comes in. Their customer service is lacking a great deal of communication. Whenever we call no one can give us an answer as to why the job hasn't been completed or when it ever will be completed.

Once they had our money all their customer service went out the window, no pun intended. They can apologize all they want, all I want is for the job to be completed but I guess that's too much to ask.

This started out as a one star review. They order a product from California for us but it was a new item that they didn't have any "training" on. After a revision and a mix up with the ordering procedure, our 3 week project wasn't ready to install until a bit over 6 week later. Despite our urging that they inspect the product to make sure it was correct and in good shape, all we got was "It'll be fine".

Actually the door arrived intact and was what we ordered BUT it was missing some of the hinges that had the installer waiting around for hours until the could get replacements to him. Then we discovered that the bottom of the door was unsupported because it stuck out farther than the floor and you could actually see daylight under the door from inside.

We were also missing weather striping and there was a mixup for the interior casement and we had to provide it for them to finish. The four stars come in because at 7 am the next day, we got a call saying they were sending out people to take care of it. By 11:00 am everything was fixed to our satisfaction (and amazement). They went above and beyond to fix our issues and did it very quickly and didn't charge anything additional.
