They came out as promised and gave me a very reasonable estimate on site. JJ was a great communicator and answered all of my questions. I have decided to hold up at this time but plan to use them in the near future.

I am so happy to have worked with Modern Resolution Windows and Doors. The overall experience has been very good and I couldn't really ask for more. There was a minor issue with our order so we have to wait for the last window to be replaced with the correct type, however once the issue was caught, they promptly sent the request to get the right window ordered.

The installation team was amazing and got all our windows removed and installed in 1 day! In total we had 16 windows replaced on our single story home and we are all ready seeing the positive benefits of having our old windows replaced. The first electric bill after installation was the lowest one we've had since moving in last year! Great service, they were very responsive, the windows were installed quickly and they cleaned up very well after the installation. Very impressed with the quality of the windows and door for a fraction of the price we were quoted for the same work by Anderson. I'll be recommending Modern Resolution to everyone I know.

I can't say enough good about Modern Resolution Windows and Doors. Our salesman Steve was professional, patient and treated us a family and not dollar signs. Dan who oversees operations and so much more was wonderful from beginning to end and came and personally inspected each installed window to make sure they were up to his standard and made us happy.

When the original windows we ordered would not work with our setup, Dan solved it by upgrading our windows at no cost to us and eating the lost profit. Companies don't do that anymore. But He made sure the company met our needs instead of the other way around. He was kind and wonderful to work with. The install team was amazing as well. Mike (the main installer on our project) was a pleasure the whole time he was here and his decades of experience showed in the quality of his work and his respect to my family and home.

We will be using this company again without hesitation and I will be recommending them to my friends and neighbors. If you have been pressured by other companies and need to know what the process should be like, please give our new friends at Modern Resolution a chance.

From Steve the salesman to Dan the Boss and to the installers ((Kenny, TJ and the other 4 I'm bad with names) that installed our homes 12 windows before noon; the experience was great. The quality is better than what you find at the big box stores and just as good as the competition that's charges 1000s more. From signing the contract to install for custom windows was 8 weeks.

The communication and responses was spot on and the customer service of a final walk through really offers that 5 star service. I will be re eco.mending everyone and already looking to buy a new front door from Modern Resolution

It takes a lot to exceed my expectations but that's exactly what Jake at Modern Resolution and his install team did for me. I had been looking to replace the windows in my house since they were 22 years old. I had gotten a quote from another company to do only half the windows in my house and it was so expensive I was resigned to the fact that I probably couldn't replace them. Jake stopped by and did an excellent presentation on the windows, showed me how they would work and answered all my questions.

I never felt pressured to make a decision but glad I decided to go with Modern Resolution. They replaced all my windows ( 16 v 8) for far less than the first quote. I got updates on when the windows would be in and when the install team would be here. The install team was here early and worked efficiently to get the job done. They cleaned up after themselves and showed me how the windows worked.

I got follow up from Jake on how things were going and he answered some additional questions for me. Besides the windows looking great, I can already notice a difference in the temperature in my house. I was able to raise my air conditioning by a couple of degrees because I was getting cold and the reduction in noise from the outside has been great since I work at home. I highly recommend this group if you are looking to replace your windows.

Jake and his team are great to work with at Modern Resolution. What a great product they have, it's much cooler and much quieter in my home after the installation of their windows. There were a couple unforeseen issues that arose during the process and Jake and his team were able to adapt and overcome all of it. It was nice to work with a qualified outfit. We're really happy with the product. The new windows look great and are a beautiful addition to our house. The windows have definitely reduced the noise issues we had and our energy consumption has gone down significantly. According to SRP, we used 27% less energy than our neighbors this past August. The installers were professional and were very responsive to any issues that came up. Jake and Nathan were also very good about getting back to us about any questions or concerns, even on the weekend. We're very happy with our new windows and would recommend Modern Resolution to anyone who is looking to upgrade their windows.

I was beyond thrilled on the support and attentiveness of this company. The owner is passionate in what he does, stands behind his work and takes personal control when their is an issue. I would recommend this group to anyone in new construction or retrofit work because they will stand behind their word and their work which is unfortunately something you can't depend on hiring most contractors or window companies this day and age. Great product and great people who support their customers to the fullest.

I recently had my new windows installed and was very impressed with the process from start to finish. Jake and Nathan were very knowledgeable about all aspects of the windows they provide and were helpful with answering my questions during our initial consultation. I was pleased with the fact that they were accurate with how the process would go from start to finish, measurements were taken within two days and I was told the windows would be made and ready for install within 5-6 weeks.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call to set up my install right at 5 weeks. The install crew were very friendly, prompt and professional. They worked like a well oiled machine and were finished in an expedient manner. I was very impressed! The aesthetics of the new windows on my home updates the look of my house immensely, not to mention helps save money with cooling costs.
