Contacted them a week ago, all I have gotten was lip service. I was informed they have installers in the area. Yet not one of them made it to take measurements or assist me with repairs needed!

Good luck getting them to come out to even quote the work. I had to call 4 times after they told me someone would come out to get a quote before I gave up. Then because I was desperate, I called back a few months later, waited on hold for 15 minutes, and finally got someone scheduled to get measurements for a few showers. I had to call back repeatedly over the next week and a half to get them to even give me a quote, after they told me it would only take a day. Giving two stars as a representation of their customer service.

In my opinion the great company with fantastic service. You can bring Windows to them to be repaired or have them come to you. Pricing was very good, service was very professional and efficient. I brought them a couple of Windows to be repaired without an appointment and they had then completed and ready to go for me in a couple of hours even though I've walked in off the street without a prior appointment. They are now my company for all my class needs in the future.

I have purchased glass and mirror product from Bob for years and now Robbie his son has taken over and provides excellent service with Kim at front office and shop staff is always excellent at service and trying to hit our deadlines. I needed a very large mirror taken down and disposed of from our home. I called Arcadia Glass and they were able to set up a fast appointment and quoted me a fair price for the service. They came the next day, completed the service, and charged me substantially less than the quoted price because the removal was "easier than expected."
