Do not use this company anymore. The first door they installed was terrific. Since then they changed management. For the next door, the trim was covered in nails. the installer said my painter would fix this. This is not a cheap home depot instantiation. When they were contacted and shown pictures they said they would send someone out to redo the trim.

After more than a week of not being contacted I called them. She claimed they were busy so she couldn't send someone out. I told her that I should be a priority - they were paid in full before the installation so I didn't have a recourse of not sending them the final payment. I had an appointment today and no one showed or called Do not use them anymore or you will not be very happy in the work or follow up from the company As a follow up - the company did finally come out and redo the door installation. This time it was done properly - they did a great job on the return visit
