We recently received remote controlled Silhouette shades and couldn't be happier with our experience. Everyone we dealt with from our sales rep, Tracy Doane, to the installer, Joe, were extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. The shades are beautiful and the service experience was incredible. We had a minor issue with one of the motors and the customer service was amazing.
They ordered a new motor and installed it timely without the least bit of a hassle. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for window coverings in the future.

I'm obsessed with my new honeycomb blinds! Jay was so amazing! He answered all my questions and was very accommodating to my plans of doing all my windows in phases! His prices were very reasonable and the install was quick and such a game changer! I would definitely recommend Arizona Specialty Shutters. Can't wait to complete the rest of my windows!

Tracy Doane of Arizona Specialty Shutters and Blinds assisted us with the shutters and roller shades for our new-build home. We were very pleased with her expertise and professionalism as she helped to navigate us through the many options available. She also kept us informed all through the process. Had a great experience with Arizona Specialty. Thanks to the salesman Ken for being upfront and competent, explaining everything thoroughly. The windows were delivered on time and installed immediately. The install crew was wonderful. Thank you Issac, Edgar and the rest who did a fantastic job. Polite crew who were all very detail oriented, professional, and very clean. The windows looks great. Would recommend the Trinsic Windows and the install crew to anyone!
