We could not be any happier with our pool completed by this company! Micheal came in and gave us a solid quote and followed our project from start to finish. No hidden charges, everything explained clearly. We have a huge 30 plus feet long and 10 feet deep pool built in 1963 - so there were some challenges. However the BND team was excellent. They re-plastered the pool, upgraded the drain, replaced the whole clean out basket and added a wet deck with steps and a bench without breaking the budget. Tom their electrician went above and beyond with the electrical issue we had with our ancient pool light and found a solution when three other electricians couldn't.

This saved us having to rip up our deck to fix it which was amazing. Not only that, but Tom also took pity on me one morning and helped me clean up half a dead bird that a hawk had left in my yard. This was certainly NOT his job at all, but he was beyond kind helping me! It was so appreciated. : There are many companies to choose from in Las Vegas and we have worked with many contractors over the years renovating 3 houses, however we can honestly say the whole team at BND have been nothing but a pleasure to work with.

They are responsive, professional, and did great work. Me, my husband, and our children are really excited to enjoy our beautiful pool this summer and for many more to come! You could not go wrong working with BND. Our yard it still under renovations. The photos don't the pool justice!

FINAL EPISODE IN THE DRAMA. BND came out today fixed the messed up grout. we did have a hiccup but Thomas came out. fixed it and with any luck everything will end well No it's not the color I was promised Yes it's very mottled Yes they had to redo the top grout No I would not use them again That being said Thomas's integrity (NOT MICHAEL) is to be admired HE DOES CARE And for that I thank him Maybe he can tidy up his staff because if he did and they all had his work ethic it would be one fine company

BND was selected by my pool contractor to complete the plastering of my pool. The work was completed in June 2021 and the company has failed to communicate with my mine and my contractor's attempts to remedy the issues. Overall, the plaster job performed appears to be very poor given that the coloring is discolored/mottled throughout the pool and there are abundant craze cracks throughout the wetdeck area.

I will let the images speak for themselves of the quality of work you can expect if you utilize this company. In combination with the work performed and lack of response, I could not recommend this company.

Contracted BND to refurbish our 15year-old pool in December 2019. Where quart plaster came with a 7 year warranty. In less than two years, the numerous white spots and a rust spot appeared in the plaster. It took them a month to send anyone out to look at the pool and they immediately blamed water quality and said the damage wasn't covered by the warranty.

Employee took a water sample but came back several days later because the sample was "lost". Never heard back from the company after that. Calls to their office are not returned. Our 15 year-old pool looked far superior to this 2 year-old disaster.

We hired BND to complete the pebble plaster of our Owner-Builder pool and they did a great job! Because we built the pool ourselves, we had SEVERAL questions and Jenny promptly responded to all of our inquiries from start to finish to ensure our experience was as smooth as possible - everything from product availability to scheduling. This is in response to Jay's reply: I kept the original contract and all the texts with your office and printed them out. I am well within the warranty period. I'm also following up today with the contractor's board to be sure that they investigate the workmanship. I'm not sure what the process is that you used but the plaster installation is obviously wrong and BND obviously doesn't stand behind it's work.

A representative from BND came out to inspect the plaster in the summer of 2020 and said that they will repair in the fall of 2020. After that I just got the run around. You might have not seen the pool or the photos but your office has (see attached with Jay's signature, no less) and they stated that you personally didn't and won't approve the repair. Thank you.

We re-plastered our pool in July and BND was the best quote we got out of the three companies that came out to look at the job. Their customers service was everything we could have wanted. The work was done promptly and efficiently, by polite and helpful employees. I felt they went above and beyond what I expected when I had questions or concerns about anything related to out pool, which as a new pool owner I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend them.

Great job! Replastered our pool and from start to finish, BND was professional and provided great service and a top notch product. From Michael our sales guy, to every interaction with the office staff, to the crew doing the chip out and the replaster, I can't say enough about the job. I have no issues recommending BND!

BND Plastering came recommended for their service and standing by their work. They came out, surveyed the job (removing pebble from spa and resurfacing it) and offered finish choices. The color was called Azure - it's supposed to be plaster with a speckled quartz finish. The job was done in a timely fashion. I was told to brush the plaster daily for a couple weeks, which I did, and that the speckles will become evident with the brushing.

Fast forward - the speckles did not become more evident and the finish does not look good at all. When I look at it, I want to just paint over it. I've called multiple times over the past several months to both the main office and the "field/sales guy" Michael. Michael has come out to inspect my concern and agreed that that it doesn't look like the option I chose and paid for (the quartz speckles price was about $800 more than plain plaster for my job.) He took pictures and said he'd need discuss it with his manager because he didn't know what options we had.

It has been 7 weeeks since I initiated my concern. The gal who answers the phone can only take my name and number and can't tell me who will call me back or even who she's giving the message to. Michael says he can only remind his manager and there's not anything else he can do. So, my last resort is to be one of those people who takes to social media.hopefully someone who cares notices. It's extremely satisfying to deal with a company that is professional, courteous and does exactly what they say they will do. From our very first meeting with Craig to the end of our job, BND was easy to work with. The office called us every day to let us know that their crew would be there the next day. We told them not to start before 7:30 am on any given day due to our Homeowner's restrictions, and they gladly complied with our wishes.

We have a very large pool, and BND took the extra time necessary to do the job right. All of their crews were easy to work with, and they cleaned up at the end of each day. Craig showed up several times during the job, called us often to make sure everything was moving along properly and to address any concerns we may have. BND did a beautiful job, and we couldn't be happier, I highly recommend this company.

I wanted to say what a wonderful experience we had with BND Pool Plastering. Michael came out for the estimate and he completed it right there while we watched him. He explained the entire process. We explained what we wanted and he would give us other options so by the time we made our decision we had exactly what we wanted. BND started on time. The schedulers, Dani and Desiree, were always in contact with us to keep us informed of when their workers were going to be at our home to work.

They were very pleasant to talk to and made you feel important. Their workers were very courteous and always cleaned up everyday. Our pool looks like it was just installed rather then being built 20 years ago. I highly recommend them for your pool remodel.

Terrible workmanship and horrible communication. We are selling our house and they came to patch some pebble tech. Afterwards there was about a cup of pebble tech just left in the bottom of the spa. Also, be wary of paying this guy. We have asked for a receipt for our records, and have gotten crickets since. I wouldn't use them if I were you. Terrible.

Great experience from beginning to end. Michael was always on time, very knowledgeable and responded right away regarding any questions I had. Demo and Installation crews did a great job! It's a messy job but they were meticulous in cleaning everything up. Pool looks amazing!

It's been two weeks since BND re-plastered our pool. Everything from beginning to end was excellent. Mike came to our home and made recommendations that fit our needs perfectly. We went with White quartz and it looks amazing! The entire staff gets 5 of 5 stars. Could not be happier.highly recommended.

BND came to give me an estimate for re-plastering my pool. They never showed up to do the job. That was 4 months ago. The only reason I am writing this review now is because I keep seeing their commercials trying to get business. You wouldn't have to advertise so much if you would show up to do the job you already bid on.

We had our pool and spa replastered in the summer of 2019. They stayed on schedule and did a great job. Except for some spots in the spa that needed to be fixed. After the 'fixing' the issue actually was worse and we were concerned that we'd have to just live with it. But NO! The owner came out himself and looked at the problem, decided to redo the entire spa.

And they did! At no cost to us! The re- do went well and our pool and spa are beautiful. It may take them a little time, but they stand by their work. I would definitely recommend them!

We just had a GREAT experience with Bob P., the company Estimator. So great, I am sharing/posting right away. Our official appmt was for Thurs, April 30th. As it turned out, Bob was in our area today, April 26th. Bob had the foresight/initiative to call us to see if we were available today, thereby saving both of us time. We were SO HAPPY to have all our questions answered and our worries put to rest sooner than we expected! Bob knows his stuff.

He gave us very valuable information and feedback about the condition/issues with our pool. He listened to our concerns, diagnosed our issues and gave us recommendations right away. The very best part of our experience was that he eased our worries TODAY! We are SO GLAD Bob took the initiative and called us.

Extreme compliments for Craig Andrews. So helpful- gave me the best bid and the follow up service was amazing. Kudos to the office and the chipping crew and the plaster crew. They were amazing and professional. Even though we had Pine needles, wind and serious repairs, the pool turned out gorgeous. Five stars and A+ to a wonderful company!

The owner/president is a scammer. The customer service is excellent at first but the product does not hold up. The company doesn't honor the warranty. Pay extra for a product that will last.

We had our pool done in Sept 2018. BND communicated during the entire process and finished the job ahead of schedule. We had wet edge pebble and new tile installed. They chipped out the old bottom and tile, re plastered and re tiled. Pool and tile turned out great, everyone who sees it is impressed. BND was middle of the road quote wise and not a single person showed up that wasn't driving a BND truck and wearing a BND shirt. They did it all start to finish. I've recommended several people to them since and all have had similar experiences.

BND originally plastered our pool when it was built in 2002. We had them re-plaster the pool the first week of November 2019. Again, the plaster looks great! This time even better! The customer service, workmanship, and communication was superb! Everyday we were informed of the next step. Great job to Bob the Estimator, Tom the Construction Manager, Matt the Pool Technician, the Plastering Crew and the Chipping Crew.

Got my pool resurfaced with these guys. Quality of work was amazing. The only complaint I had was the scheduling and billing departments. They didn't talk to each other and a job that was scheduled months in advance got pushed back.

Bnd was recommended to us by a much pricier pool design company, as we really only needed the plastering done. Bob was experienced, honest and direct - and though we ended up picking upgraded tile - he didn't try to steer us that way at all. He guided us in making decisions that were logical but still made a huge difference in the appearance of our pool and yard.

When we had a concern about some of the work a few weeks post-plastering due to the crazy winter weather, Jay saved the day and put his best man on the task to make sure that it was resolved (with an unbelievably speedy turnaround.) Toni spoke to me on the phone a zillion times with scheduling and rescheduling, and was always kind, patient and understanding.

We were hoping that we would get great service. Everything started out perfect with Mike our rep. Then the scheduling failures started. First a delay from the end of March the middle of April when they drained and chipped (which went quickly). Then a long delay to get them back out to do the plastering. Which we could understand with weather and labor shortages in the valley.

What we couldn't get was the lack of correspondence. No returns of emails or calls from the scheduler/coordinator. When their crew came out to plaster, they did a great job and the President came out with the crew and apologized for the delay. We explained that our issue was with the lack of response. After the plastering we were told a rep would be out to do the chemical start up and we would need to be home for it and we asked for them to call since we were at work and would need time to get home.

Yesterday came and went and no call or email. I called today and spoke to Laura and she informed me that someone came and we weren't home but they did do chemicals and left an invoice under our doormat. I asked how would we know to look under our doormat for it. She was puzzled that no one called and couldn't provide and reason. The invoice should be emailed. All in all workmanship was great but scheduling/coordinating department made this a nightmare for us.

This company does not stand by their work. I had to fight with them tooth and nail to fix problems with my pool. Dont use them. They dont stand by their warranty. My pool is ruined and the owner Jay doesnt care cause hes got his money. Immediately after the pool was plastered the entire beach entree had cracks all throughout it.. looked horrible. we had also slowly started getting white spots on the floor of the pool. Jay said he would adress the spots when the pool was drained and prob just needed to wet sand them out.

I agreed to let him drain and cut just that section out and re-spray it w a hardline of tile so he wouldnt have to redo the entire pool. When he drained it we noticed all the white spots and blotches were really really bad. we asked him what the cause of it was and he said I dont know. Jay had some areas sanded where the white spots were really bad and it made it worse. he said you wont see it once its filled..

Wrong it's way worse.. looks like someone ran sand paper over my pool. So Now the spots all over pool. 2and I have a spotted tahoe blue pool. Rigjt before the pool was first plastered Jay came out to look at something we had a question about i mentioned to Jay his salesman jody had told us to call a certain company to maintain the pool and chemicals... Jay said "who?

I never heard of that company before" I told him jody said that who you guys refer to and he said no. I told him I wasnt trying to get jody in trouble for a referral and Jay said if my salesman who represents me and my company is telling customers to use a company after we build their pool and that company messes up that clients pool now that's on BND and were responsible for ruining that pool.

So i asked jay what company they recommended to use for cleaning and maintaining chemicals. He told us Southern shores pool cleaning. I called them and went into a service contract with the cleaning company Jay recommended and they did the start up and weekly maintainance. I didn't want to do anything to mess up my new 20k pool. We left everything up to them and never put any chems in ourselves.

If we noticed any probs we called Southern Shores and they came out and added the appropriate chems to fix whatever was going on.. algae etc.. During the building and remodel if the pool we had lots of problems with our salesman Jody not doing fully what he said he would do after we hd already started paying partial payments throughout construction.

One thing I remember that made us go w bnd was Jody's pitch about out coping" no matter what company you use make sure the fill the gap between the coping and pool deck with this special material used to seal it.. its waterproof.. very important" To this day that sealant hasnt been put in!!! So Our coping was left with a 3 inch gap between the travertine and deck. Jay had told me the 2nd time he had to come out that after the plaster was sprayed jody was fired for exactly what we described our dealings w him but to other clients.

I showed Jay the gap between the deck and coping he said I'll make it right.. "We can just back fill it with a concrete compound and then your cool deck will go over it no prob. So then when we had a concrete guy come out they informed us he was wrong and doing that would def crack and they couldnt warranty the work. Jay asked to send his concrete guy fixer to look at it which he double assured yes it would crack for sure.

So come to find that the only fix was to cut the concrete back 3 to 4inches all the way around the pool. Jay refused to do this now even after his guy agreed it was the only way Jay then told me " he wouldnt loose any sleep over it that he did his part"...what? was that a clone of jay the other day saying he'd make it right? oh I know why... now it just went from a few hundred dollars to fix to a couple thousand.

So Jay's kindness toward his employees mess ups has a dollar amount cap on it. Bnd also plastered my friend Noey Richardson's pool with the same exact color plaster 1 year prior and here pool is worse than mine and he refuses to fix her pool too. Jay told her that it was caused probably by her water being too hard. really... hard water in Las Vegas..sounds like theres a problem with bnd Tahoe blue plaster. I'd be interested to hear any other people horror stories.

I recommend you give Jay and his crew a call if you need pool plastering. My new build looks great and they have been responsive through the whole process

BND just finished plastering our pool. This was our first experience with the renovation of an old pool. We asked our pool service company to recommend a reliable company to perform the renovation. They said that they would not recommend anyone other than BND.....and, I am grateful for the referral. The BND managers and skilled workers were very professional from our first meeting with their sales representative to the manager who assisted with pool start up following completion of the plastering.

I was amazed at the attention paid to quality control and scheduling communication. Our pool looks beautiful thanks to the skilled workers, and BND management's experience...... and attention to detail.

We just finished having our pool plastered by BND. We had several bids and we selected BND based on the Yelp reviews. All of the compliments were consistent with our experience. The communication throughout was very helpful and made everything easy. The plaster looks great and they cleaned up everything each day they were there. We did get a superficial spot on the plaster somehow as it was filling.

The construction manager came out today and they are following up in a few weeks to see if it goes away. If you absolutely want colored quartz BND charges more than for white quartz. The other bids I got charged the same for colored or white quartz. In the end I chose white quartz (even though I preferred blue) with BND because of the Yelp reviews.

After a lot of research, we selected BND to resurface our pool & spa. BEST DECISION EVER! This was a significant investment for us and we were a bit overwhelmed with surface choices, from basic plaster to fancy pebble options. We wanted to do this right because our pool is the highlight of our backyard and we spend a lot of time there. We chose a mid level pebble and absolutely LOVE IT!

The entire team from BND was very patient with us in the process and were very professional throughout. The BND team is very experienced and it showed with their crews and office team. The BND team took great care in keeping the work area neat and tidy. It was amazing to watch them do their work, truly craftsman! We just had our pool remodeled by BND Plastering and we could not be more pleased. Not only with the quality of the work but also their willingness to go above and beyond for their customers. I hired BND to replaster and tile my pool in 2013. They did a great job and the price was right. When an issue occurred recently -- long after the warranty had expired -- the owner worked with me to develop a very fair resolution to the problem. I would not hesitate to recommend BND to anyone!

Just had my pool replastered, tile replaced, and deck refinished by BND. I am so pleased with the results and the customer service extended by Michael, my salesperson, Adam, the Construction Manager, down to Matthew, the expert and knowledgeable pool service manager. Signed contract back in mid April and work was underway by the beginning of June (due to their peak season they informed me work would be delayed 5 - 6 weeks, understandably so).

I was impressed with each crew that came out for each specialty (chip out, tile work, and deck refinishing) with the back breaking work in three digit heat temps and cleaning up after each day. Adam, the diligent and conscientious construction manager always was very prompt in getting back to me and making sure any of my concerns were resolved. I also made a list of questions for Matthew, the pool maintenance expert.

He was very patient with us and answered all my questions thoroughly. All personnel were very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Each employee I came in contact with were very proud to be working with BND. BND whatever you are doing keep it up! You should be very proud of your employees, they are great assets to the team! They came to my house to give me a quote and I never heard from them again, despite sending a couple emails. Don't know how they stay in business or keep customers happy with this lack of service but I wasn't impressed and they don't earn my business that way.

Super thorough estimate and customer education. I wish I had used BND in 2011 when I had my pool re-plastered, but I was trusting and went with one of the few estimates I received. I am now having to completely redo my pool because I didn't get it done right the first time. I plan to use BND this time. BND were truly professional in getting me their estimate. Michael walked the project with me and answered all of my questions.

He spent about an hour out of his day to make sure I knew what was needed and why, and provided me with several options for my budget. I now am educated about the process, as well as the particulars of my project. I hope to post before and after pictures later this summer. .I have used BND twice in the last 20 years here in Las Vegas - they are the best in terms of quality and value. Pure straight shooters. When I asked them to replaster my 10 year old pool in my current house, they were so honest as to say it didn't need it yet! They told me what to look for and when I'll have to take the next steps with our terrible water quality.

.I would like to express our complete appreciation for the wonderful job that your company did on our brand new pool. We owner built our pool and had to work with many different companies and people, but your company and people were the BEST! The work before and after was amazing. The people on the phone were the nicest and most professional.

We are completely satisfied with the pool re-plastering performed by BND Pool Plastering. From the initial visit by Jon to provide a quote to the completion of the project the entire team was helpful and knowledgeable. Jon provided samples of material choices and target tile colors. This was helpful in making decisions. Kim provided a copy of the detailed schedule for each phase of the project and followed up one day prior to the start of each activity.

The chip out crew of five arrived on schedule and completed the process in four hours. After completion they removed all of debris and cleaned up the entire area. The plastering crew of five prepped the area by covering the deck and landscaping with plastic to prevent damage. The crew provided suggestions as to the placement of the target tiles and we liked their suggestions better than our initial thoughts. Plastering was completed in five hours and the crew did a thorough cleanup.

After several days the final process was the re-installation of the in floor cleaning heads. Throughout the project Jon followed up on each phase of the project and performed the final quality check to ensure our satisfaction. I highly recommend BND Pool Plastering based the performance of the entire team and quality workmanship.

Absolutely fantastic results. we just needed our pool replastered and it looks brand new the crew was so professional and everything was completed ahead of time we also added new tile and had this done in between thanksgiving and Christmas so the pricing was very reasonable Craig is also wonderful checking the site to make sure all was being completed as scheduled so glad we skipped the middleman like other customers has recommended.

.I am sending you this letter as a testimonial of the work provided by your company. The initial meeting was with your sales rep, Craig Andrews, he was really good with all questions I had. I was unsure of the color base of the plaster and he was confident that a white base would produce a nice sky blue look that I wanted.

I called a few plastering companies, knowing it may take some time to get someone to restore my pool area. A couple of other companies put the appointments out, one even 6 weeks out. But Mike from BND was at my house the next Monday, and offered a very reasonable quote, and were a few $k less than i was expecting. Our pool isn't Small. We scheduled during a busy time and they were able to complet the job in less than a month of start, and within 2 months from when I first called them.

We are verry happy with the pool and the wet decking. For the decking, the had to grind off the old and lay down new. So much nicer on the feet than the sharp chipped up cool decking. The tile work, all the lines are even and the tiles are parallel to the water lines. The tiler was skilled and came back todo some repair work to a few chipped tiles damaged as the wet decking was installed.

A quick call when I saw the problem and it was fixed promptly. The plaster, we went with the black quartz in the white plaster. We think it looks amazing and are quite happy with it. The crew put it in and started filling the 30,000 gallon pool by 10am on the day of plaster. After following the new plaster recommendations from BND, our pool is nice and smooth and a treat to swim in.

.I had BND come to my home for an estimate to resurface my pool and spa. My salesman was Bob Petranovich who was very courteous and on time. I accepted his price and in two days your team came to my home to chip out my pool and spa. In 10 years I have never had a nicer clean up.

.I want to take this opportunity to thank Donna for her attention to customer service when dealing with our emergency replaster job at the Boulder City Pool and Racquetball Complex. We ran into some problems with getting the job done expediently and Donna was extremely helpful and accommodating.

As some had stated it is a little hard trying to get an appointment or even a returned call. They were my first choice but decided to find someone else. We ended up having the same problem with few other plaster companies because it is pool season and they are all busy. We decided to give these guys another shot. We told them they have one last chance to earn our business.

They came out next day and brought us all samples we needed. Then less then a week later they were here doing my pool. Job turned out amazing. Left pool and yard in great condition and cleaned all there mess up. We had a minor issue with something on pool. We called them and same day had someone back out to fix it. Research there product wet edge pool plaster.

We have went into many pebble Tec pools and all are pretty tough. Even there mini pebble. Wet edge was and is so much smoother. Very happy came back to this company. Just have to have patience with appointments and meetings. That is one part of company they could improve.

Our pool was re-plastered by the crew and it was done in less than a week. From the sales guy Jody to Shawna and Jay at the office, the service has been top notch. We had a repainted pool that needed re-plastering and we opted for the white quartz plaster. It was an effortless and more affordable experience versus some of the other re-plaster and pool renovation companies in the valley. I highly recommend Jay and his crew. Jay and Jody answered all my questions in a timely manner. They even cleaned up and left detailed instruction after the entire project.
