Mickey and team are great! Fair prices, punctual and my pool was never like this when I was doing it myself. Mickey is not going to beat around the bush when it comes to the pool, either. The water here in Vegas is tough and there are things that you just have to do (like draining and refilling) periodically and Mickey and his team let me know when the time is right to do it.

We have had the pleasure of having Alpha and Omega service our pool for the past several years. They have always been dependable, consistent and easy to work with. They let us know if there is a problem and just handle the issues. We have a finicky salt chlorination system and struggled on our own to keep the chemicals balanced. It stressed us out and cost us money.

Since Mickey and his team took over, our pool has sparkled. I can't thank them enough for taking us on. It's some of the best money we ever spent. and it's not even that much! Thank you Mickey and Jamie!

Mickey and his team have been fantastic. We bought a new house with a pool and original (early 90's) equipment. Without his expertise, I'm not sure where we'd be. He is prompt, attentive, extremely knowledgeable and very fairly priced. I'd recommend Mickey to anyone.

This pool company was superb when we first started with them. It was a definite upgrade to our previous company and noticed immediate results. It was up until he said we needed to drain our pool and upgrade our filters. We couldn't afford to do it at the time so we chose to postpone that service. Without informing us, he decided that he was going to stop servicing our pool.

No notice, no warning- nothing. This was incredibly disappointing and disgusting customer service. His reasoning was he "didn't want to waste the amount of chemicals used to treat our water". I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I recently purchased a home with a pool and spa. The owners left it intact, but filthy. My wife doubted that she would ever use it. I called Mickey, and it was very easy to schedule an appointment. He came over, and assured us that he could get the pool and spa back to a good condition. All I can say is-WOW! I wish I had taken a before picture. The pool and spa are now pristine clean, and we are waiting for a new heater to be installed so that we can jump in. Mickey was easy to work with. Very professional, and his rates are reasonable. We hired him to do our weekly maintenance, and are looking forward to a great summer in our new pool!

Mickey and his team were always punctual and arrived regularly to service my pool. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied to find out on multiple occasions that the levels of my pool chemicals were abnormal for the majority of the summer. My last test showed that I had ZERO chlorine in my pool less than a day after they "serviced" my pool. The representative at Leslie's was shocked to hear that I had a "pool guy".

I had already questioned the level of care that they took in servicing my pool. The representative discussed what they typically do when they arrive, but could not answer any questions regarding my pool specifically. I even asked about the chemical levels and the abnormal readings. In my opinion, buy a testing kit to monitor your chemical levels and take your pool water to a local pool store for testing regularly. I'm not saying that Alpha and Omega lacks integrity, but I do recommend that you trust you own information.

In the end, you shouldn't pay $30 plus a week for someone to spend ten minutes sweeping your pool and sporadically adding two (2) chlorine tabs, while skimping on adding the required chemicals to maintain the proper levels. I emailed the owner my notification to discontinue service, along with my concerns and attached the test results. I have not received a response or explanation.

This is the best pool service company I've ever used. Mickey and his crew are always on point. They show up when they're supposed to and never complain about how dirty it is. Its been over a year since I signed up with Alpha Omega and im very satisfied. Consistent crystal clear water.

Mickey is always willing to share his knowledge and expertise, proof is in his home owners course he offers for the DIY kinda guy. No one I found offered a service like that and to me that was important, it shows his true character and willingness to help. He assisted me on everything for basic maintenance to more involved troubleshooting. I highly recommend Mickey. AO pools #1.

I found Mickey through my neighbor. His pool has always looked amazing and mine didn't. After going through a slew of LOSERS who screwed up my pool, time and again, I decided to ask my neighbor who was doing his pool. He recommended Mickey and boy was he RIGHT!.My pool was the pits and filling with algae. When Mickey came he worked on it the same day for me.so I hired him on the spot.

My pool was green with signs of black algae and the suction was bad. Within a week my pool was definitely on the mend and after his second service call my pool was looking AMAZING.and. CLEAN.and yes. SWIMMABLE! He is punctual and works really hard. He is an honest guy and I love that he didn't try to BS me and doesn't try to up-sell me on stuff I don't need. I RECOMMEND him to ANYONE.

I called Mickey a few weeks ago. So far he has done the 1st cleaning and came back the next week to clean out my filters. First off he showed up when he said he would. Huge bonus because the last 2 companies showed up late with no calls. Mickey did a awesome job cleaning my pool. It had yellow mold that basically looked like stains all over the floor of the pool. They are now gone! The pool is sparkling blue! I will be using this pool service through out the winter and will update again in a few months. But so far very good!
