Michael Lott arrived on schedule and did an evaluation of my septic system. Said he would have to open the tank to do the evaluation. He quoted a price before starting the work and stated it was subject to change after the tank was pumped. Yes the quote changed once the tank was pumped. It was $300 less than the original quote. How about that! Would highly recommend Delta Plumbing. Prices are fair, work is thorough.

I contacted Delta to service my septic system, and they were able to come out the same day, and arrived within an hour of my talking with the customer service person on the phone. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional, and they had my service done very quickly. They have financing available that can be completed on the spot if needed, which we did, and the terms were acceptable. Very satisfied, and definitely recommend this company!

Delta Plumbing is an amazing and reliable group to work with. After getting scammed by another company, Zach and all of his guys took care of my drain field installation. Not only did they help me, but they did it in the time promised, worked hard, and did an amazing job. They were such a great company and we plan to use them for any future needs. We had flooding in the front yard, that appeared to be coming from the ground. I had used Delta Plumbing twice before and was happy with their service. They were at the house within an hour of my call. The estimate to replace the main water line to the house was fair. Anthony with Delta Plumbing was easy to communicate with and followed the job to completion in a timely way. Professional, punctual, and quality installation of line. Happy to have a trustworthy reasonably priced plumbing company.

Our water heater is in our attic and was leaking. It was mid afternoon when I discovered the leak and called Delta. They immediately sent Brandon out. Brandon was professional and courteous and installed a new water heater. This is our second time using Delta this spring. They helped us with a septic tank issue two months ago. Both times we were impressed with their service and everyone from the initial phone call to completion was great! We highly recommend this company.

We had a new bathroom floor installed, we were surprised to learn the floor installers remove the toilet but don't put it back! Yikes. Quickly called Delta, who arranged to come out same day. Joe provided an estimate and an option. We got a new modern toilet installed in remarkable time. I'm not just satisfied, I'm delighted. Service that exceeded expectations. AND a reasonable price.

Septic feeder lines cleaned and septic tank pumped. We have used Delta several times now and have always been satisfied. We have confidence every time we call the job we need done will be completed by knowledgeable technicians. Would recommend Delta Plumbing.

I experienced a service issue with a plumber with whom I was not satisfied with the quality of work he provided. As a result, I emailed the company expressing such. The Office Manager, Evelyn, immediately responded to my email on the same evening and offered her apologies for my dissatisfaction with the service I received. Evelyn went an extra step to assure me she would make the situation right and would send someone the next morning to fix the leak in my bathroom. Plumber Mason arrived and did a GREAT job of assessing the leak and repairing my bathroom to my full satisfaction! Evelyn's quick responsiveness to addressing my concerns gave me confidence to utilize Delta Plumbing again in the future. Kudos to Office Manager Evelyn!

Having a septic tank means servicing every couple of years, general maintenance. Sometimes the service comes as a surprise and I've had several companies come out over the years. While I have to admit most of these companies have come quickly and did a great job, for which I am grateful, this time I used Delta and was absolutely thrilled with the rush service I received.

I want to recognize Jerry Bryan for the excellent service work he provided for our church today. He explained everything to me and went the extra mile to make sure our toilets were working properly after the water service was restored.

Hi! Todd B. did a fabulous job yesterday pumping out my septic tank. I was not him at the time, and he called me and communicated with me by text all thoughout the process. He sent photos so i could see the work he was doing step by step of the way.

Westly and Robert came out on a Sunday afternoon after trying to locate others for a quote. They were at my house within the timeline set up and were able to give me several quoted options and also were explaining things as they went about their job.

I called Delta Plumbing to give me an estimate for a new water heater. I had already received an estimate from another local company and wanted to know what Delta would charge. Delta's estimate was a bit higher but when I told them of the other estimate, they matched it and also gave me an educators discount because I teach pre-school.

David and Kenneth spent a good portion of the day taking care of our root problem and cleaning out the line. We were given the cost after the complete problem was diagnosed. Our yard was left very neat after the digging and refilling was completed.

I was very disappointed in my first and last experience with Delta Plumbing. I called several local septic companies, and was given the same quote of $285 to pump a 1,000 gallon septic tank from each company.

Westley and Kenneth were great! They walked me through step by step what they were doing so I knew what my money was going to. Other companies I've dealt with just patched it up and said it was fixed.

Great service! They found a problem that had existed for 15 years. Others companies would pump the septic system and run with the money, never once asking why my tank filled so often. I highly recommend Delta for your Septic System issues.

So far 5 service calls and 3 months and still not fixed. Banging pipes all hours of the day and night. New pressure valve, tank on water heater added, water pressure cut down to a trickle and still banging.

This young man Gary Staffins was polite, on time, professional and patient. He answered all my questions, explained everything he was doing. And he kept a winning smile on his face. Great service! I recommend you ask for him if you need service.
