I had a bad thermostat, My a/c unit was working fine upstairs but not downstairs so I switched thermostat and it worked down stairs. I informed the tech this when He called me and he said o.k. He then convinced my wife that we needed to run a diagnostic test and replaced parts I know did not needed replaced.

Excellent communication skills from beginning to end. Very knowledgeable and caring for quality of work. it was the only AC contractor that took the time to do a load calculation as recommended by all AC professional organizations. We contacted over 5 other local companies and no one took the time to do this despite our requests.
