Contacted company early one evening when fan motor on HVAC system stopped working. Indoor temperature was 87 degrees F. Prompt service that night and cooling was restored when fan motor was replaced in same night! Caring, competent, professional response and followed up next day with cost of new unit as promised. I had a great experience with Stoudenmire from beginning to end. Michael did a thorough inspection of the job and weighed the pros and cons of multiple options that other companies didn't even suggest. He gave an honest up front estimate that was very reasonable for the job. Ashley at the office was very helpful and responsive when setting up scheduling, payments, and financing, and answering all of my questions.

We had multiple installers and technicians help out at the house (Nicholas, Calvin, Clem, Richie, and Becca) and all them were courteous and worked hard even though the working conditions in the crawlspace were not pleasant. The installer was professional, nice and on time. They wanted to be sure I was warm while the duct work was being disconnected and new duct installed. So they brought 2 heaters for me to use. I set up 4:00pm appointment for an estimate for new ac and heating installation. At 4:15 I called to ask if someone was still coming. The receptionist said Mike was on his way and should be there shortly. I left the property at 4:45 and shortly thereafter Mike calls me and asks if we can reschedule because he has to pickup his kids. Why was I not notified earlier instead of wasting my time waiting for him to arrive?

No I don't want to reschedule with a company with poor customer service before even performing a job I would be paying for. Proper communication and timely notification would have been fine to reschedule.

I contacted Stoudenmire to redirect some air ducts in my attic. While they were out, I asked for a maintenance / check-up and to tidy up some work my builder has left incomplete. They also ducted in a dryer vent and bathroom central exhaust fans. Semi Annual Maintenance agreement is a true value.

I had Midlands Air Service Experts come and tune up my system for the sale of my house. ($59.00). They stated that it was slightly low on freon but it was fine and didn't add any freon. Apparently, the home buyers needs some sort of letter, so my realtor sent Stoudemire out to check my HVAC unit.
