We had the air conditioning go out at my mom's house one hot Sunday and AirTime was there within the hour, they located the issue and had everything they needed to fix the problem right away. They were there for us on a Sunday evening, enough said. AirTime also put in a new unit at my house because mine was just old (10 yrs old) and it had issues from the beginning. I highly recommend AirTime for your heating and air needs.

Mr. Dennis found my problem and fix it in no time. Fast & friendly service. I can't forget about Ms. Dawn, excellent customer service throughout the whole process. Thank you AirTime!

DO NOT CONTRACT THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! I paid $6700 for a new AC installation. The OWNER was 2hours late for the appointment that HE set. When he arrived, he was on the phone and did NOT end his call to accept my payment. Then he leaves TRASH in my back yard by leaving the box that the unit came in weighted down with bricks on the top of the unit. I will NEVER use this company again. Buy and install your unit with someone else people.this "company" is a joke.

My 19-year old AC air handler failed over a hot Labor Day weekend. I called AirTIme around 9 PM Saturday and left a message. To my surprise Kelton (the owner) called me immediately with a few suggestions hoping for a quick fix. None worked so he scheduled a visit Sunday afternoon which revealed serious corrosion damage and leaks requiring a replacement unit.

I must say Kelton is a pro! Always on time and with courtesy calls to keep me informed. After a careful installation, I'm back too cool and comfortable. Like most everyone I would rather not spend money on things like this but I'm certain I got my money's worth and at a fair price. I made the right choice with AirTime!

I found them on HomeAdvisor, who's also a scam because they won't let you put a review unless you've hired their contractor. And the contractor probably pays them a subscription. The contractor's secretary called me & told me that a duct cleaning would be $200-$450. This is a lot lower than others. They said they need to set up an appointment for sure.

I told them explicitly to not talk to the tenant. And let us know. I don't hear from them, I email them for a quote & they said I actually need to replace the duct work & it will be $1,800. Today, I received a text from my tenant that he was told that the contractor that the duct work is over 30 years old & needs to be replaced. This is their way to try & corner me to hire them & pay for something they need. ALSO, they are racist & accidentally sent me a text saying that they are only having this issue because I'm Asian.

I was very impressed with the prompt service. The use of the portable heaters were appreciated. I have dealt with this company for years. Service is always good.

Try them if you want to be taken advantage of and ripped off. I was told I had a leak and my unit needed to be replaced. After purchasing a $5000 unit from them the air worked fine for a few weeks. after installation I still had to make several calls to them regarding the air not cooking properly. I was given bogus excuses such as "it's a really hot day out" etc. finally a year later the air quit working completely they came back out and said I had ANOTHER leak.

This time in the wall. My complaint is that they failed to do their job properly the first time and the leak was always in the wall. A new unit was NEVER necessary. They had the nerve to bill me for fixing the leak in the wall. Here I am four years later and the AIR STILL does not work properly. I called the owner requesting a service call and he declined to come out.

I am planning to use another company and seek legal action. BTW I have an email from one of their employees that states the company has uncertified techs and their creditors are no longer backing them. The email was sent to all of their customers. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! I promise you will regret it.

We depend on AirTime Climate Control to keep our heating and air systems on task. The representatives are timely, professional and proficient. We purchased the maintenance plan and have found it completely worth it. They also diagnosed and corrected an issue in our attic that the builder wouldn't address. We believe in AirTime.

I recently had a new air conditioner unit and new duct work installed by Air Time Climate Control. We were very satisfied with their service. They were very professional and patient when explaining the workings of the air conditioner and new thermostat. I would recommend Air Time Climate Control to others.

Just before Christmas our heat pump stopped working and AirTime responded immediately. We decided to install a new Trane system and are very pleased with the system and AirTime's workmanship, price and customer service.

AirTime Climate Control was on time along with 8hr installation time and had competitive pricing on installing a replacement unit for my Goodman 2.5T. They also have a $150 yr semi annual service plan and guaranteed installation to support the manufacturers warranty.

My AC went out on Saturday. I called other places and they weren't able to come out until Monday. called Airtime and an hour later they arrived, found the issue right away and got the unit fixed. $89 for service call and $320 to replace the capacitor and conductor.
