In 1972 with just 10 employees working out of an 800 sq.

foot garage in Hampden, Clean Air Heating and Air Conditioning became incorporated. In 1977 we moved to our Fell's Point location on Central Ave and grew to more than 65 employees. In 1986 we outgrew our 5000 sq. ft. location and moved to our current location in the Holabird Industrial Park in Baltimore.

I have a rowhouse in Baltimore and got a new A/C installed by Clean Air. I chose Clean Air after getting three price quotes. Two positive things about them were they offered a very good price on the installation of a Carrier system and the salesman was very knowledgeable about the current rebates and tax credits.
