Dan - the mechanic that did the repair - was very informative - explained what he was looking at in his assessment of the problem and explained why and how the repair was going to be done. The repair was completed in a timely manner and he showed up to do the job when he was scheduled. It was a great experience.

Helgi was great. Was on time went right to worked. Patient in explaining what was wrong and how he planned to repair. He had to take the old furnace a part to check to see if the problem was where he thought. He was very diligent, professional and had great communication skills. The owner contacted me immediately, asked me about the problem, told me the fees and set up a two hour window for the next day appointment. He showed up right on time (unheard of). He was very courteous, pleasant, and professional. He checked all the wires and quickly diagnosed that one connection was erratic.

SUPER responsive - I had an issue at 5 pm on new year's eve and Helgi got in touch with me immediately. He was already on another job, but went directly to my house to take care of the problem after hours, and had everything resolved within 30 mins.
