Best Mechanical

Worst Sevice I have ever experience, by far! Air Condition been down now for 5 days and still not fixed. No communications between technician and office or customer! Need to order parts after 5 days and another 5 to 6 days for delivery. Don't they know its 2019 and they have next day delivery, unbelievable I have been in home building for over 30 years and don't understand how a company like worst mechanical inc stays in business!

After years of dumping money into my house and dealing with terrible contractors and plumbers, Best Mechanical has been the answer to my prayers. Here's why: 1. This is a small, local, family owned business, which I always prefer to support. 2.

Service is FAST. Even with the heat wave I was warned they were slammed and might have to wait a week for someone to come out, but someone made time to come in a day later. 3. Customer service is key. Brenda and Josh were a joy to speak with, always kept me updated on what was going on, and genuinely made me feel like they cared about what was going on at my house.

Being in the military and trying to manage this property from the other side of the country is stressful, but they gave me piece of mind and I felt like they were worthy of my trust. 4. The price. I'm all about weighing cost vs worth. For me, what I paid to have my AC replaced was worth every penny. I trust best mechanical to advise me properly on the state of the unit and didn't feel they were trying to convince to buy a bunch if things I didn't need. I have gone back to them every time I needed something, from duct work to AC services and I have been 150% satisfied every time.

Had Best out for two issues: oil furnace cleaning and a water leak on the hot water pipe leaving the water heater. They arrived on time. Did the repair properly and for a fair price. Both employees who came to my residence were courteous and informative. No mess when they left. I have used them in the past with the same positive results. I highly recommend this local business.

I used them for a few years to service 5 units. I had questions about an invoice and they were offended by my lack of understanding a few months ago. Tried to have them service another unit and called on friday. I was told they were coming Saturday and they never showed. Our heat was not working in the winter! I never received a call and was told it was a miscommunication.

I called twice on Saturday with no response. I finally terminated our relationship on Monday when they were supposed to show at 12 and by 2 I still have not heard from them. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and customer service.

5 Stars for Best Mechanical! They fixed my old gas furnace and have worked on my A/C unit a few times as well. I always get fast and friendly service I can count on!

I have used Best Mechanical, but never again. They are not reasonable in terms of price, parts have been faulty and I question their workmanship. On the last job, when I called them to fix a leak in a sewer ejector that they installed about 3 years ago, they charged me $275 for about 1/2 hour's time. I wasn't happy that the apparatus was already leaking, but to charge what equates to $550/hour is outrageous. I contacted an owner to complain about the bill, but was never able to reach him. I left 3-4 voice messages and I sent an email. I would not recommend using them.

I emailed them for an estimate through their online contact form 2 months ago while we were planning our renovations, never heard back. Now it's time to get started so we called several plumbing/hvac outfits and set up appointments.

I had Ron, the owner, come to my home on an emergency. He saw the problem, repaired it quickly and left. This took under an hour. He was very clean, professional and the price was minimal. What a breath of fresh air.

Fast, Fair and Friendly! We have had Best Mechanical out twice, once to fix a furnace problem and once for an A/C problem, and they were awesome both times. When our furnace fan switch went bad we called Best Mechanical and they came out the same day.
