Wonderful friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very warming and welcoming experience every time I am proud to be partaking with such a beautiful crew.

Called them for repair work on a system they installed. I did not care if it was under warranty or not I just wanted it fixed. Jason came out and told me his manager would get back to me with cost for repair and scheduling. Few days went by I called Jason for a follow-up and said I have not heard from anyone yet. I told him again I would really like this repaired. Again he said his manager would call for pricing and scheduling. Two weeks have gone by still not a word. Unbelievable business model.

Tech was ontime. He quickly diagnosed the problem, capacitor. He completed the repair and told us our unit was in good condition. We were happy that he didn't try to sell us a new ac.

Critical: Professionalism If they can't drive safe on the road, I won't trust them to do any work for me. I'd would look for a responsible company.

This is the best experience I have had with an AC company! Mehdi was my technician, and was so thorough and helpful. He spent extra time cleaning my unit which was partially buried by dirt and debris. He provided a status update on both units and made sure I did not have any questions. Highly recommend! If you're looking for warranty work outside of business hours, go elsewhere. I for one am taking my business elsewhere if they can't stand behind their work less than three years after initial installation. I contacted their company on a Saturday, as they had installed the new unit in my house in 2018 and it went out not 3 years later. The gentleman who answered stated that not only did they not install my A/C, he wasn't associated with Weather Control and did not know the name William Servick (the name on the HVAC installation permit for my home).

I finally managed to get the paperwork from the manufacturer which confirmed that Weather Control did the installation. When I emailed a copy of this paperwork to them, Jennifer informed me that it was their after hours answering service and the on-call technician responds. Obviously, whoever answered that call didn't feel any need to service a paying customer.

Our a/c went out.on a Saturday.at 9pm while we were out to dinner. We called Weather Control and they sent out Edgar. Edgar came out at 11pm on a Saturday night even tho he was finishing his last job of the night. He was awesome. Polite and respectful, extremely knowledgeable and just an overall good guy. He figured out the problem and got us some air for the night.

When it didn't stick right away he answered the phone on his way home then came back first thing in the morning to clear a clog so we had air until the coil was replaced. On Monday we received a 12 to 4 window but had plans for the day, Enrique was there at 1145 and knocked the job out in a couple hours, again, extremely nice, very knowledgeable and friendly.

Our repair, even with emergency weekend call out, was less than expected. Weather Control has all my business and all my recommendations in Ft. Myers. Especially Edgar, I cannot be more thankful or appreciative of his work, knowledge and demeanor. Thank you all.

Awesome company not like others out there trying to sell you stuff, this company recommends, and when they do and you need to do it because you have no choice the prices extremely affordable, on the technicians mind is only one thing when they get to your house and that is to fix your A/C and keep it running, recommended techs are. Edgar, Jose and Jonnier but they are all good this techs have been to my house thats why I really recommend them.

Jonnier was one of my employees I recommended hem; he is very professional and work encridible quick.

The man driving vehicle number 18 license plate KRU B56 almost hit a woman and myself in the university crossing publix parking lot. He ran a stop sign and came within inches of us to get a spot one isle over. I just don't find this acceptable under any circumstance. If this man's driving is a reflection of the company's concern for public wellbeing I wouldn't not recommend this company.

Jonnier was the technician to do my maintenance this time new in the company very knowledgeable they trained him very well, customer service was awesome I will definitely recommend this company.

Replaced batteries in my thermostat, put them in UPSIDE DOWN and they came out, fixed it no charge, and didn't make me feel like a total idiot. Once again, this is such a great company. They take care of your unit, don't try to sell you unnecessary things, and are always incredibly polite and kind. Lots of choices in town- these guys are the best, hands down.

I called several other options including Weather Control and found them to be very professional, prompt with good customer service. The real test is after the purchase and they have been better than expected. Their customer service is excellent and give you specific time period for service and call prior to coming to the house. They make us feel like they truly are looking out for our best interest.

I used Weather Control to install a new ac unit around a year ago. The price was fair and the installation was seamless. I just received a call from my tenant at the Condo where they installed the unit that it wasnt working. Within an hour of my call to Weather Control it was repaired. They called to let me know what was going on and only charged for the service call. Fair prices-Great service-Cant ask for more.

A/C was not working right. My Nest told me it was running 23 hours a day. Called Weather Control from airport in Chicago to set up an appointment. Flight got in early so I called and let them know. Jason came an hour early fixed the problem cleaned the coil and drain and checked the pressures. Best $174 I ever spent.

I learned at 3:30p.m. on Friday, May 13th, that my a/c had not been working all day. I called Weather Control A/C because I was familiar with their reasonable prices in the past on cooling units themselves. I was VERY impressed by the Company and its service technician, Rey, who showed up within an hour of my call, provided the part needed (fan motor), cleaned my filter and had the house cooling - all before my husband would be home after an 11-hour day of working in a warehouse without a/c.

Weather Control A/C was more than fair in their price and they certainly surpassed my service expectations on a very positive note. I will consider only them for any and all future a/c needs I have. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our needs!

My AC system was recently replaced by this company. Their service was outstanding, their schedule impeccable. The tech, Howard Jarrett, did the extra mile to get the job right. The compressor 30+ years, and the whole unit 20+ years, were replaced; and everything was rusted and filled with fiberglass. He did a superb job, and you I was able to see that he has an extensive knowledge in this business, provided also by 10+ years of experience working with that company. I congratulate them, especially Howard, for performing their jobs with such professionalism.

BEWARE. We have been a loyal customer of Weather Control Air Conditioning for over 5 years. We have them come each year to service our air conditioner. We've had a couple of additional problems for which they came to fix.

My Wife and I recently had work done by Weather Control Air Conditioning on our home. They were exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful throughout this process. I am extremely pleased with the quality of service that we received.

Weather Control took on a difficult job to reorient our tangle of ductwork that had been put in by another contractor which left two rooms without air flow. We had been told by other HVAC companies that the problem couldn't be fixed.
