Island Aire

I had a preventative maintenance done yesterday on my AC and today apparently today my AC has quit working it is now 85° in my house when I walked in from work today. I've called the after-hours line hoping somebody will call me back. Will update if this was taken care of timely or not Jesse called and was out within 2 hours. They were able to get my air back on very quickly. I appreciate their rapid response and and great work.

After interviewing four different companies to replace our entire AC system, Island Aire, and their employees made the decision that much easier. While price is always an important factor, peace of mind in knowing your money was well spent is also critical. Island Aire was the only company that was able to properly assess our current system and to tell us what we needed to do to get the new system to address our concerns. Yes, it cost a little more, but now the whole house is being evenly cooled by our energy efficient and professionally installed AC system. Many thanks to Mario, Michael, and all of the other techs and support personnel at Island Aire. Looking forward to many years of dealing with them.

Island Aire installed a new ac and air handler and duct work a few years ago and have done the repairs and maintenance since. They are always super fast to respond, the techs are professional and nice and keep you informed on what they're doing and associated costs as they go. I am so happy to have them as my go to AC company! Highly recommend!

We have lived in Southwest Florida now for over 30 years and have used many HVAC Service companies during that time. Island Aire has proven to be by far the best we have ever used. The office staff has always been extremely friendly, professional and accommodating. The service staff has been remarkably skilled, friendly and thorough. It has been wonderful to work with an organization whose employees appear to enjoy what they do.

This was one of the best visits by Island Aire so far. I had a shut down and the thermostat end it was maintenance time as well. Adam came in evaluated the situation, was extremely informative in detail both before he begin working, during he kept me posted, when he was done he answered all questions and concerns that I had in perfect detail and knowledgeableInformation. Adam worked quickly. He was extremely considerate and very polite. I would ask for him For my next maintenance visit or if I ever had any kind of concerns with my unit. Adam was amazing!

Island Aire was prompt in scheduling an appointment for the same day relating to a heating problem we were having. Gordon arrived on time, checked out and thoroughly explained how our system worked, and gave pointers on how to save energy. They have kept a history of our unit and all questions were answered professionally. 100% satisfied.

Michael with Island Aire arrived right on time, as scheduled, and was incredibly professional throughout his visit. He explained everything he was doing to maintain and treat our system, and he gave us some great ideas as to how we might be able to make the A/C distribution in our house more efficient. He did not push any products on us, but was able to let us know what options are available to us. I will absolutely be calling Island Aire and Michael again in the near future for all our A/C system needs.

Recently relocated to NW Cape Coral and had an issue with one of our A/C units not cooling. Called Island Aire and was pleasantly greeted and put on their schedule. Tyler, their Field Supervisor, came out and did a thorough inspection/analysis of our issue and made recommendations based on his experience and our needs. Tyler went out of his way in explaining what we needed to address immediately, and offered options in how to remedy the performance of our unit. I would not hesitate to give them a call for your HVAC needs.

I have done business with Ron 4 years ago before in one of my houses. He recommended 4 years ago ductwork modifications when no one else did. I listened to him and followed his advice. After it was all done the difference in my ac and airflow was improvement on everything. Here I am now buying my second ac in my new house from Ron. I originally had a package unit outside.

He recommendation here was to put a split system and change the ductwork. I trust him and let him made the decision that will benefit my home and my family. After the work was completed I was so Happy that I let him take charge. The work was done completely profession and on time. The air quality in the house is remarkable. Now we can breath fresh air and kill germs in this day and time that we have this VIRUS.

I had a Halo-LED purification system installed in my home. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, fast and friendly. The system is amazing. I feel like I’m breathing better quality air and after cooking the smell of foods quickly dissipates. I even signed up for their twice yearly maintenance service because I was so impressed. I would definitely recommend Island Aire!!!

I am writing on behalf of my wife and me. We have been using Island Aire for maintenance and repair of our system for several years. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Bubba is a particularly excellent service technician. I have known several really good air conditioning techs over the years, both here and in Clearwater and Bubba is up there with the best of them. He is knowledgeable, thorough, explains things well in a very personable manner. He actually makes an A/C service call kind of enjoyable.

Justin is amazing! He came out and thoroughly checked my system. He identified a small problem that saved me a ton of money. Another technician looked at my system the day before and told me the entire thing needed to be replaced. So happy I got an honest 2nd opinion.

I was very happy with your company. Justin was wonderful, I am alone here, and he treated me as though he was family. I really di,d not want to spend the money,, but my ac unit was 16 years old, and with the 2 storms we had this year, ac unit was in 6 inches of water. Have not been able to use my bedroom for 3 years, have been sleeping on the couch.

Strider performed our semi-annual service and was on time and very efficient in performing his tasks. He is a credit to Island Aire and a very valuable asset to the company.

Justin was prompt, polite, friendly very knowledgeable and on task. I felt his direction was caring and honest and correct. A fine young man who knows and enjoys his job.

I have used air conditioning companies for the past 23 years here in fort myers and the best so far is Island Aire. They are responsive and courteous at all time even at 9pm on Sunday night.

All the staff that I had to deal with were efficient, helpful, and courteous. Mr. Hollan was very polite and efficient. As were all the people who came to my home. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I have used Island Aire of SW FL for 10 years. I recommend them highly. In the last 4 months I have had an A/C crisis twice they have responded rapidly and solved my problem quickly each time. The staff are very professional and very honest.

Justin B made our annual service call today. He arrived on schedule and performed the cleaning work that we requested be done. He identified some repairs that needed immediate attention and others that were urgent and need to be scheduled in the near future.

We had a new air handler and compressor installed a little over a year ago, they worked over time to finish the project stat, summertime had family in town! great job! Bubba was just here for the first year check up, was here on time, excellent service, took the time to answer all my questions, gave me good advice on how to maintain the units, kind and courteous!

Matt and his helper are two of the most fantastic workers I have ever encountered. They're clean, efficient kind, courteous, and are extremely knowledgeable of their work. My house was left in better condition after they left.

These guys are awesome! My air conditioner started acting up and I made the mistake of calling a different company to check it out. They told me my A/C was old and was about to fail and that I had two options, 1 refurbish it for $1800.00 or 2 get a new unit for $6500.00.

I cannot say enough good things about this company, or their excellent technicians. I live in a condo that with some serious design flaws, specifically in the amount of space left for AC unit and condensate drainage, so they have been out a number of times to fix the same problems.
