This unit is 15 months old, so why am I having to pay(for your installation mistake) when I am still under warranty!? My home is reading 95 degrees and "Emergency service" is not within 24 hours (all the time) and have my 70y/o parents living in this home. How are they okay with this! Had to call them and it was about the pipe leaking and it needed some freon to find the leak and fix it.
They charged me for that and the next day it was not working again. This was not fixed by the "trained tech" the first time, so why am I being charged for this again? Was told that I had to wait longer for repairs if I wanted another "trained tech" to come instead. Of course I have to pay for "service fee" again+other bs when they come. Apparently, this company is notorious for this and is currently not contracted by trane( had to verify on trane website). Went to BBB and they are not credited either, great!
They are suspended as of 5/26/2022 due to unresolved customer complaints. Went to Stan Ellis - general owners LinkedIn profile (no picture). Went to Facebook to look at reviews (there are none/disabled). Do you see a trend here? I honestly would like the money I paid for the system back and they can take their junk.

Technician was 3 hours late on frist call had to wait tell next day for part but would not come back out in morning to fix the ac made us wait tell 5 and still no show then get a call that they did not get the parts need and there wear house eas closed and told me i would have to wait tell the next day and call to get a time for the repair. I have and canceling there service and have another company coming out and is cheaper all the way around and are willing to work with me so if i coukd give this place 0 stars i would.dont use d&d

Early January I had the outside unit repaired (according to D&D a pipe was leaking and therefore losing Freon). I paid $854.00 to change the pipe. Three months later the unit stopped working. I called them again and they told me that now "apparently" is the coil that is leaking. They charged me $295.00 just to come and see the unit, although I was told that they did a diagnosis of the unit but nothing was fixed.
To change the coil they quoted me approx. $1600.00. When I asked why they did not take care of this the first time (perhaps it was not the pipe to start with) the technician told me "I don't know". It seems that your company is only concerned about profit making instead of finding and correcting the problem the first time.

We have used D & D Air conditioning for years. We bought a new Trane AC las summer and bought the 10 year maintenance agreement. We called 3 x over the last week. The only call back was a contract company that was going to charge us $150 for a trip, out. We cannot get the company to call us back. Called Trane and they told us they are not an approved service company for their equipment. Beware of contracts with Dr& D we are now disputing our service charge.

After working all day, I got home to my ac being out. We did as much research as we could with the error code our nest thermostat gave us. I called this company at 6:31pm, I explained my situation and what might be the issue. She took down all my information and advised a technician would reach out to us. It is now 8:08pm still no call. Thanks for not responding! If there was no one available a courtesy would of been very much appreciated.

The technician(Sonny Beckler) showed up today for a repair estimate and I was so impressed with the professionalism and knowledge that I felt I needed to leave this review. Seems so difficult to find good companies with good employees in today's world but every once in a while you find that rare combination. Thank you D&D, you'll be my first call whenever I need air conditioning work.

Called D&D to service my unit in Paloma because they were the company that installed the unit. When they came out to service the unit they informed me that a heat strip was damaged and needed to be replaced. I asked how a part could be damaged when the unit was barely over a year old and I had never used the heat. They proceeded to tell me that it must have been damaged during installation.
I then explained well since your company installed the unit during construction shouldn't you be responsible? I proceeded to schedule the appointment agreeing to terms that the manager would call me after the service and review photos of the part to come to a conclusion. We also agreed they would not charge my card until the photos were reviewed, the manager called to speak to me, and the photos were also emailed to me.
My card was charged $266.00. I called the office three more times to speak to a manager and could never reach one nor recieved a return phone call. This is beyond frustrating that I trusted a company to complete honest work with a unit that I now rent and this was the result.

I had Albert out to my home last night. I have a brand new unit and he diagnosed that my thermostat needs replaced and that I have a leaking coil in my compressor and he had to add more refrigerant. He was very personable and knowledgeable! I only hope the reminder of the visits to actually fix my issues go just as well! So far I am pleased with everyone I have been in contact with!

The service was very quick. Called in the morning and was told someone would come between 2 - 6. I got a phone call about 1:30 and they were on their way. Albert was the technician. He was honest and very nice. We needed a part that was under warranty. He told us it would probably be the next day to replace it but the office said he could get the part and install it immediately. So thankful we didn't need to spend another night without air conditioning. We also purchased a service contract which was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

UPDATE - Had an issue with air conditioner yesterday, October 24. D&D sent tech out same day. First time to meet their technician Albert. He is by far one of the best I have ever seen with his dedication to customer service. He handled the problem efficiently and was very thorough. GREAT SERVICE and professional. Here's my previous review. I hired D&D for both my parent's air conditioner and my own.
Their technician Troy Campbell performed both service calls this week. As the company face, he is professional and courteous. He took the time to explain what went on at my parent's A/C unit when I showed him the service report. With my A/C unit.a complete check was provided and Troy instills a sense of integrity, which I respect and appreciated. Valerie on the inside at D&D scheduled both appointments.
She is another quality person very professional with her customer interaction on the telephone. I had used Core Air in the past, but D&D bought them out. What a relief to feel the same degree of comfort with this organization as I had with Core Air. I have no problem recommending D&D Air Conditioning as honest and reliable.

D & D was amazing from start to finish in my interaction with the company. From the polite receptionist and the prompt scheduling of a same day appointment to the technical competence of their service staff our experience was great! We needed to replace our unit so we had a few companies come out to evaluate our needs. Lee McRae was by far the most technically knowledgeable, courteous, and dedicated installation specialist from any company.
He worked extremely late to both evaluate our situation and prepare an estimate in order to get us to a place where we had air conditioning again as soon as possible. Wonderful experience with D&D! Lisa Turner

A year and a half and go D & D Air Conditioning installed a new air conditioner in our condo in south Naples. I was very happy with the installation at that time, and that's why I used them again for my new house in north Naples. Once again, I had a very good experience The sales person, Mike Crafts, explained everything in detail about the installation. And, once the installers arrived they removed the old equipment and installed the new equipment in less than a day.
When they left the premises, the only evidence remaining that they had been there was the shiny new Trane air conditioner in my hall closet. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the installation and the follow up as well.
