Called Foust Heating & Air on a Monday and spoke directly to Mike the owner who was extremely helpful and patient with my questions. Mike came out within hours and assessed many requirements for a replacement 3 ton package unit. Once agreed on unit & price Mike ordered, received, and completely installed the unit by noon that Thursday. Mike & his team arrived at 7:30am that morning and went straight to work, and made sure to clean up and leave the work clean prior to departing.
Can't say enough of Foust Heating & Air totally professional throughout the whole process. Definitely will recommend them to all friends, family, and anyone who requires HVAC repair.

Great Customer Service. They always explain the issue at hand and give a time line on when the A/C will be fixed. Thanksgiving 2021 our soon to be two year old grandson was on his way to to our home for his first Thanksgiving with his Bebe and Roro. We have an upstairs unit which we rarely use since all 5 children are grown and on their own. It was going to be really cold so I turned the unit on to get things warm and toasty for our little guest. It was not working.
We were horrified. So we immediately called Foust Heating and Air not thinking anyone could help the day before Thanksgiving. They assured us they would be out but could not say what time, but would call asap. They arrived that day and had us up and running in no time. Service was excellent. Thanks to them our home was nice and warm for our precious grandson. Call Foust for your heating and air issues. You will not regret it. Grandma Bebe

Outstanding Service and reasonable I have always had outstanding service from Foust. They came out when we had issues with our AC unit. They we're on time and did a great job. They did not overcharge us like some companies that replace a $3 part and charge you $600. We also just recently had them install a new heat pump for us. They assessed our heating and cooling needs and gave us estimates with multiple options.
No high pressure selling, just whatever we decided. I cannot say enough about the great experiences we have had working with them. From the techs that come to the house all the way to the office staff, they have been a pleasure to work with. They are a definite recommend.

Just recently had my Unit went out last week during middle of week. Foust had someone out the same day to look at the unit. He was very polite and tried everything he could to get our unit working. After determining we needed a new unit and new duct work they wasted no time getting our install ready. They gave us great pricing and always stayed in contact with us. Great company with hard workers and easy to contact. Highly recommend!

I have had two brand new units installed in the past few years and Foust was the one we chose. They give great advice, very professional, let me know every step of the process and care about their clients. Very quick to get someone to you when you're in need like I was. Ethan, one of the techs, is always very helpful and gives great advice on how to take care of unit.

Foust Heating & Air, This is the most satisfied I have ever been with a company coming to my home to do any kind of repair work. The day I called in I had two employees at my house. My heat had been out over the weekend but it was not that cold so I decided to wait till Monday. The guys came out that morning and they had to order the part which had burnt out.

Foust HVAC, I called for an estimate on new duct work for my home because I have developed very bad allergies since moving to NC. David came out and we sat down and was amazed at the conversation and the questions he asked me. I thought he would just crawl underneath the house and give me a price, but he was very methodical in determining my needs.

Kim & Mike, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to you and your company! I had just brought my mother home from the hospital the weekend after Thanksgiving. She was bed ridden and in very poor health. The heat went out early Sunday morning so we went to the yellow pages and began calling for help.

They did not have the part they needed but were on the phone in seconds calling for it. Another one of your guys brought it in record time and my unit was up and running just like new.
